Time waster

December 2, 2019 by David from United States

This used to be a great site for surveys, but then all of a sudden things changed and it became the most irritating site ever, it seems you have to go through numerous qualification surveys before you are actually accepted to one and by then you have wasted a whole lot of time energy and effort, it just isn't worth it anymore extremely frustrating, dont bother.

Used to be my favorite

November 24, 2018 by Henk from United States

Innopoll was excellent, always qualified for surveys could complete many at a time and survey amounts varied as well as instant payment methods were plentiful. Then Forthright took over and I was skeptical but after a few months things seemed not as wonderful (less surveys, lower payments and more disqualifications after completing nearly half of a survey.) Well as of today it looks like they sealed their coffin shut, the payouts for Bitcoin which used to be instant and honestly was the only thing that kept me loyal to them are gone. So now for the negative stuff that you will experience if you join the panel.
You can only complete a maximum of 3 surveys a day which you receive no time estimate for, and you will be rerouted literally 30 times in order to complete the 3 surveys if you choose or can tolerate to attempt that many. You only will receive $6 in payment which used to be instant but mind you this could take you easily 4 or 5 hours of disqualifying and trying to finish and get through one. Once you think you've finished a survey, don't get excited yet. Sometimes after taking over 50 minutes on a survey, you will be rerouted to an error page rather than the payment page. The only positive thing I have to say is their support people try to be helpful as they can. But, that's pretty sad that I had to talk to support nearly every day to receive inadequate compensation.

Getting tired of not getting paid

May 7, 2018 by Maxwell from United States

I loved doing these surveys. I find them relaxing in the evening and I like the idea of getting paid a little while I'm online in the evening. Well, lately there are surveys that take me through gathering a lot of information then suddenly just kick me out and never pay. It's making me mad and sad too. I used to look forward to seeing an email from Forthright saying a survey is ready. Now I spend 30 minutes on something and get nothing. I think they are doing this purposely. They keep you coming back by giving you a reward now and then. When you SOMETIMES win that's as powerful a motivator to come back as if you always get the reward every time. I think it's even more powerful. Don't let it fool you. It's just a way for them to pay you less and get you to work for free. Unless you don't mind doing them for free and never knowing when you'll get the reward, if at all.

Good Idea, Bad Execution

May 19, 2017 by Kitty from United States

So innopoll seemed like a cool idea. Do a survey and you get paid immediately, no muss and no fuss. Except for one small problem. I have never actually been allowed to "finish" a survey. I've been sent invites to 6 surveys, only ever managed to finish one. It would send me on an endless goose chase of surveys. I put in my basic info again and again, get few questions into a survey, then suddenly I'm booted, and thrown into another survey. Lather, rinse, repeat. After doing it for an hour, I gave up and closed the tab. The "You didn't qualify, but here's a "you tried" star for your trouble" thing is nice, if you never get allowed to finish a survey, it's moot. Also, I once got what I thought was the end of a survey, and even got a "Congratulations, you've completed the survey! Please wait to redirected for your reward" and then got BOOTED INTO ANOTHER SURVEY.

Good concept but doesn't deliver.

January 29, 2017 by Jameson from United States

It's a shame because this seems like a good idea. They offer you the thought that even if you don't qualify for 3 surveys they will pay you $2. The problem is, they make excuses 90% of the time saying "Oh we can't give you a point this time"

You don't get emails often.
The only upside is very rarely you will get paid $2 for not qualifying for surveys but its a little misleading. The other plus is you get paid instantly without having to reach a minimum payout.

It's a great concept but once you use them for a little while you see it's just bogus. It's a real shame.
