Types of Surveys Offered
Global Test Market offers online surveys that help companies develop new products and services. For every successful survey completed, members are awarded points. Survey lengths vary, but are typically between 10 - 20 minutes. 1 point = approximately $0.05.

Registration Process
Registering is easy, simple and free. Click the registration link where you will be asked simple questions about you and your household. The results are used to determine which surveys you are a good fit for.

Rewards Information
Each survey that you complete with Global Test Market rewards you with 'Marketpoints'. "No Payment and No Response"

I have taken 4 surveys in the last 4 weeks with them, one being 40 minutes long, and I was not credited for any of them. I contacted Global 5 times and they have still not gotten back to me, and I'm presuming they probably won't from past experience. One big waste of time!!

Had redeem 2 times and almost on my third.

Better site other than many other websites I signed up.
Still give u 5 points even if u aren't qualified for a survey.

Even better because it added Paypal

But they decreased the amount of rewards. Takes longer to get 50$

"Great Survey Site"

This is a trustworthy company.
I completed my quota of 1200 points
and GlobalTestMarket sent my money
to PayPal.

It takes 5 days for GlobalTestMarket 's reward handler (Perks.com) to send the money to PayPal.

After PayPal gets it you can transfer the money to your bank. It will take 3 days for the money to reach your bank.

It takes 8 business days in all for you to receive your money.

"How can I communicate with company?"

I have been with this company for one month and cannot wait to get my 1,000 points and just leave. I have been receiving at least 5 invitation per day, 95% of them are useless. Hopefully there will be no issues or discrepancies in my account because there is no way to communicate with them from their site. They have a "capcha" system that does not work so no messages can be sent from there. This has been verified by another two panelists. Global does not accept regular emails for communication either. So, I would like to ask some advice from the people who think this company is great. How should I communicate with Global? Shall I send my message with a carrier pigeon?

"Helpdesk..Now there's a joke"

As others have said their helpdesk has become a joke. I've created a database to track support questions, and find that many are closed as "solved" when GTM have actually contributed NOTHING, just closed it because they don't like / aren't interested in the problem.
Another annoying issue, less now my database is working, is the number of surveys offered as "new" when you've already had them before, and often already received the "You appear to have already taken part in this survey" Strangely enough the helpdesk seem to ignore this reported problem, but the call becomes solved a few days Later.
A similar issue appears with "My Survey", the same company under another hat, the favourite at present being "Ooops! … This is embarrassing but it seems our server is currently too busy. Please come back and try again soon!", well you can't because you'll be told you've already completed the survey "eh!!", and reporting it gets the usual nonsensical reply
Just checked on another outstanding request, see they've had >30,000 help desk calls in < 11 days, speaks volumes, doesn't it!
