I really do not know what has happened to this panel, as they use to be an excellent and well run company. Now after months of no surveys and no replies from their customer service department, I can only conclude that something is terribly wrong with this company.

I signed up for this survey site about 3 weeks ago because often it is hard to believe that some of these sites are as bad as others say they are. Especially when others rate it highly. As far as my experience goes it is as bad and worse than others have said. Did the initial surveys and got 1 point for each for around 52 points. Cash out is 1000 points. Since I did the initial surveys 3 weeks ago have not gotten 1 single survey to do. Don't even bother signing up for this site. Total waste of time.

DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME, Online surveys are for making money and should be rated for Legitimacy and Incentives ONLY. I am with a few other survey panels and make on average $100 a month total. Ratings should MAINLY reflect how much you make from each website.

I did So far, you have completed 28 surveys and 13 trees were planted in the Peruvian Rainforest on your behalf.

I stopped receiving surveys over a year ago. I have 2,603 pts, but I need 2,850 to get my rewards, and I have not received one survey for over a year, so I can finally cash out! I started in July of 2013, and received my last survey Dec. 20th 2013. It's now Dec. 21 2014! Not a survey to be had!!! No rewards, and no surveys after over 6 months of answering surveys for them. Disgusting.
