USE AT RISK - never complain you're out

June 15, 2020 by Michael from United Kingdom

Make an observation or complaint, a reply states we have no way to intervene if supplier bans you, why? because the survey has problems and repeats it self so after 10 minutes you leave as got no where the their opinion now site sticks and you end up with very bad reputation, they need customer service that is not ignorant and self centered? since this so called opinion search engine site use all has gone wrong, the payments offered are half of most sites so look any site for SSI surveys as they seem to buy up sites and get incompetent/ pay for a survey if your lucky is 13 pence maybe 20 pence not like it used to be more raking in for them???

Slow

Takes a long time to reach the minimum threshold for payout. Surveys regularly screen out after several minutes committed to them. Payout arrived within the time frame.

Deactivated account before paying

November 10, 2018 by Anna from United Kingdom

I signed up to this website a couple of weeks ago and invested a lot of time doing surveys. Today I logged on and my account has been deactivated and the money I have ‘warned’ deleted. They won’t give me a reason other than I have broken terms and conditions which are using more than one computer or having a vpn blocker, neither of which I have done. Coincidence that I was almost at an amount to pay out? A complete waste of time.

stopped paying

November 1, 2017 by alan from United Kingdom

For a while all went well with inbox pounds until the day I asked for a £14 pay out. They refused payout because I had changed my computer set up. I didn't know that I had, so I asked them what the problem was so I could put it right. They refused to answer that question despite being asked several times. Avoid these people, like most market research companies they know there is always someone else to get their answers from.

Tasks

November 21, 2016 by Richard from United Kingdom

The tasks on Inbox Pounds seem to me a complete rip off. I am currently logged on to one of their tasks and have given over 600 answers but the task has still not ended. I have spent over 2 hours on it so far for a potential reward of 60p wow and there is still no sign of it finishing. Not to be recommended.
