Not matter what site you do use, they have constant errors on other Survey Sites...so frustrating to get to the end and no page is found...you need to correct these issues!!!

The company uses their terms and conditions of membership to cancel users accounts that have profiles "that don't meet customers needs". They then use this as justification for not paying members for WORK already completed. They cheated me out of only several hours of time and 8 dollars. But their are hundreds of cases on the Better business bureau of the same exact circumstances.

I've been a member of this site for about 13 years, & doing well, but then out of the blue they terminated my account. I didn't know what I did wrong. I saved up 14,000 points & it got taken away just like that. Wow, what time wasted.

I worked hard for several days to do the survey, full of 500 points. Ipsos won't let me withdraw the points, blocked my account, this and rob my property there is a difference, I hate it.

I am currently sitting on just over 1,000 points and am unable to redeem for a gift card. I have tried contacting customer support, with no response received. I have tried to contact them again, today.

Update: Please don't give me the canned answer, requesting that I contact customer support. I just posted that I already have.

***Edit*** I guess I should have included "I keep watch on my spam folder" as well. No, my email account is not blocking your emails. Rather than focus on having me check my email account, how about looking at the problem that I am reporting... that being that I have credit in my account and am unable to redeem points. My account appears to be blocked. Don't turn the attention toward my email account. I have submitted 2 separate reports to customer service to check why I am unable to redeem points. Let's keep our focus on that... the topic at hand... not my email account.
