Ipsos iSay is an online survey panel where you can participate in surveys and other types of market research to earn points. Points are then exchangeable for your choice of cash transfers, gift cards, and other rewards.

The sign-up process is reasonably quick. Click the ‘Join Now’ button, enter your email address, desired password, name, gender, and date of birth. You’ll be asked to confirm your email address and your phone number to complete your registration. Membership is free and available to adults in most major countries.

Reward Types and Amounts

Earn points by completing surveys. The number of points you will earn varies from survey to survey but is dependent on a number of factors, including survey length. Once you complete a survey, the points will be immediately credited to your account unless stated otherwise.

Once you have just 500 i Say points (worth $5) in your account, you can redeem your points for rewards. Rewards options include (but may vary based on location and availability):

Take a Variety of Surveys Often

You can expect to receive at least one survey per month, though you may receive many more if your profile details match with new surveys as they become available. Although members may experience various levels of success taking surveys on the platform, the site is legit is not a scam by any means. It is safe to use and does not sell user data to third parties.

One thing that is very consistent with this panel is that the so-called "incentives" that they offer (that word is actually supposed to convey meaning) are miserably and pathetically inept. A survey will be downright miserable it is so long and has so many questions, only to find out at the end that you got a whopping 75 cents. I have gauged some surveys to determine that they pay you about 10 cents to answer pages and pages of questions for a single product. I'm sure Ipsos is making a LOT of money off of their panelists.

The cardinal sin, though, is when they contact you and go through hoops to schedule a special activity that takes place in an evening, for which you have to allocate a few hours of time, only for you to allocate that time and join the activity and be told that it is full and they won't be needing you to participate. Worse yet is that Ipsos offers you a big fat ZERO for your having wasted all of that time and effort. Even worse, again, is when you contact them about it, multiple times, and they give you canned answers that have no relation whatsoever to the issue, and then they just ignore you.

Thank you for your canned response, Ipsos. You ignored what I said about getting invited to an evening discussion group and getting removed at the moment the group discussion began, after having already gone through multiple levels of questions, phone calls, and being scheduled, and setting aside time in an evening to participate, and not being offered any incentive whatsoever, and then being ignored when I report issues to customer service. I wonder what kind of canned reply you will have to that?

Ipsos isay blocked my account without any reason, because I did not do anything that violates the terms. In my opinion, this is unfair

First time I have tried to redeem reward and never got the 25 visa card I was notified I could get. The process refused to accept the 6 digit code I was send twice so I am out the $25 I guess

isay used to be one of the best survey sites out there. I was a member for 10 years before they deactivated my account after I accidentally sent an invite to spam. They never fixed it, never helped me, and never even wrote me back. I re-joined a few years later but now you're lucky to complete one survey, much less get credit for it. I have answered questions for 5-10 minutes just for it to start over "finding me another survey" because I was suddenly not a match... and then the same with the next survey and so on and so forth. If they don't feel you're participating enough, they remove your account without warning. It's hard to participate when it takes hours of answering questions just to never qualify. I don't know why they changed their whole format.. They used to be one of the best. Not worth the time anymore.
