Collect Points
For each week you are on the panel and submitting barcodes, you will be awarded reward points which can be redeemed for items in the IRI Shopper Panel gift catalogue. Panel participation will also earn you automatic entries into a variety of monthly prizes and sweepstakes.

How Scanning Works
IRI Shopper Panel will first ask about which stores you shop at. From there, simply scan the items you purchased and enter in how much you paid for each item. Hit the 'Transmit' button on the Scan N Go app, and you're finished!
If you choose to use the in-home scanner, the transmission is automated. The scanner sends your purchases at no cost to you.
Use the Scanner or the App
Members of IRI Shopper Panel can scan their grocery purchase barcodes using the free handheld scanner that is supplied after joining, or by using the SCAN n GO App, which is a mobile app designed to scan barcodes straight from your phone.
Scan for your first 6 weeks in a row and redeem a $20 Flexi eGift Card
You can redeem your points for gifts such as iTunes gift cards, Bunnings gift cards, Visa gift cards and other amazing rewards.

I was with the Shopper Panel for 8 months. Bought and scanned for every single week of that time. Regardless on how much you shop you only get 300 points per week. You also get bonus points of 500 points for shopping non stop. The bonus points are monthly. Not worth the trouble. To get $20 you need just under 17 thousand points. (16 thousand and something) To get 17K worth of points it will take you 58 weeks of shopping. I spend around $150 per week. So $150 x 58 weeks = $8,700. on food. And all they give you as a thank you is $20. Thanks but no thanks

Have been accumulating points by scanning my purchases for this company every week for more than 3 years now and when the time came to redeem those points for rewards, I’ve placed an order for some Visa prepaid cards. The order was placed back in April and I still haven’t seen my reward yet. I’ve contacted the customer service repeatedly asking about the status of my order and I’ve received the same vague answer that they’ll get back to me once they have an update, which they NEVER did! So please DON’T waste your time with these people! They collect all this information about your purchasing habits and give you nothing in return!!!! Beware!

I have been scanning items since the beginning of November. I have had one reward, I donated to an Animal charity. The site had the hide to ask me if I wanted to wait six months before the charity got the lousy ten dollar donation. At last count I had two thousand points. I have never been able to log on and see what I could "spend" my points on. Despite contacting the company, I have never had any satisfaction with their response. I used a smartphone and a desktop computer to log in. Used cut and paste. Still no recognition. Today the site tells me "it isn't working" Bah Ha Hum Bug.

We launch surveys sporadically and members are notified of an existing survey via email. For each week of scanning you are allocated 300 reward points. Your points total can be seen both on the app and in the in home scanner (select 'View messaged' from the main menu). We do not reduce any points which members have already earned by scanning.October 20, 2023 by JIM from Australia
I have been a member of the IRI Shopper Panel for 6 weeks and am finally able to make my first redemption of $20. I basically have two issues with this redemption process. Firstly, why should I have to wait 5 business days for an e-voucher to be delivered by email? This process should be instant. Secondly, why can't I spend my e-voucher at Woolworths or Coles Supermarkets where I make most of my purchases? $20 does not get you very far at the stores on the redemption list whereas at Woolworths or Coles you can spend your money on essential groceries. If these two supermarket chains are not added to the list of retail outlets where the e-voucher can be used, I will stop wasting my time scanning my supermarket purchases. What's the point of scanning for an additional five months to receive my next $20 e-voucher? Once bitten, twice shy ...
