Great Rewards Options

In order to request a reward, you must have a minimum of 5,500 LifePoints ($5) in your account. Once you've reached this balance, you can spend your LifePoints on two main reward options: gift cards and PayPal payments (note that rewards may vary across countries).

The gift e-cards offered are available to major retailers such as eBay, Amazon, Starbucks, and more. Feeling generous? No problem. You may also donate your LifePoints to charities such as Unicef.

Survey Taking Experience

As a LifePoints member, you can contribute your views and opinions by completing online surveys covering various aspects of your daily life. Other activities such as mini-polls, product testing and other types of data collection are also opportunities to collect LifePoints and spend them on exceptional rewards.

Survey invitations are sent out by email and can be taken any time during the survey period. Members don’t need any special skills to complete the activities within LifePoints. If you can contribute your thoughts and fill out the online survey, then you’re ready to go!

Survey Lengths and Point Amounts

Survey lengths vary, however most surveys will take between 10-15 minutes to complete. Compensation awarded for surveys varies, and depends upon the length of the survey, as well as the client's urgency for survey takers to complete it. The more urgent the assignment, the better rewards it will offer.

Points for Disqualifications

If you start a survey but don’t get to finish it, LifePoints rewards you with a small number of points as recognition for your efforts. Points amounts may be 2 or 3 points at a time, but does help reach cashout levels sooner. You may earn up to 10 extra LifePoints a day this way, which means you get to spend your LifePoints sooner!

They just down graded the site. They have new features like hanging up when you complete a survey and not rewarding you. That is a pretty lame and old way to cheat people. Avoid this site like the plague.

How NOT to do a re-brand!

Been totally content for years with Global surveys. This re-brand is absurd. Why the need to log in each time, nobody else does that? Why do surveys take so long to load? I just don’t see what they’re trying to achieve other than switch everyone off doing their surveys-I’ve now given up.

Name change didn't help

Formerly Global Test Market, this site probably changed their name because the site is so terrible! I have been a member for 11 years, and in the last year, I have had nothing but problems with them. Most of the surveys that I received I didn't get credit for, and when you contact them, it takes 4 to 6 weeks to get a standard response that I screened out, when I spent 30 minutes doing a survey and it said survey complete at the end of it. Huge waste of time and effort! would NEVER recommend this site!

Lifepoints, what’s happened

I’ve been a member of Global Test Market for a while with no problem until it merged sites and became Lifepoints. Now I can’t access most surveys but they keep emailing me to complete them which is annoying. The site is really slow to load and even to check my points status can take forever and often times out. I’ve complained online and they don’t answer and livechat doesn't work.their troubleshooting answers now say to access the surveys use a pc which is no good to me as I have always used an ipad and don’t have a pc. This was a good site previously but I think now it’s a waste of my time and effort.

Guess they rebranded because their reputation sucked. Well, this is worse. Still have inadequate servers, still have surveys that don't return points, still leave complaints unresolved, still just about making money for them and not you. Forget this company.
