Great Rewards Options

In order to request a reward, you must have a minimum of 550 LifePoints ($5) in your account. Once you've reached this balance, you can spend your LifePoints on two main reward options: gift cards and PayPal payments (note that rewards may vary across countries).

The gift e-cards offered are available to major retailers such as eBay, Amazon, Starbucks, and more. Feeling generous? No problem. You may also donate your LifePoints to charities such as Unicef.

Survey Taking Experience

As a LifePoints member, you can contribute your views and opinions by completing online surveys covering various aspects of your daily life. Other activities such as mini-polls, product testing and other types of data collection are also opportunities to collect LifePoints and spend them on exceptional rewards.

Survey invitations are sent out by email and can be taken any time during the survey period. Members don’t need any special skills to complete the activities within LifePoints. If you can contribute your thoughts and fill out the online survey, then you’re ready to go!

Survey Lengths and Point Amounts

Survey lengths vary, however most surveys will take between 10-15 minutes to complete. Compensation awarded for surveys varies, and depends upon the length of the survey, as well as the client's urgency for survey takers to complete it. The more urgent the assignment, the better rewards it will offer.

Points for Disqualifications

If you start a survey but don’t get to finish it, LifePoints rewards you with a small number of points as recognition for your efforts. Points amounts may be 2 or 3 points at a time, but does help reach cashout levels sooner. You may earn up to 10 extra LifePoints a day this way, which means you get to spend your LifePoints sooner!

low paying surveys but always pay

I've been with them for years , never have any issues for payment .... but the value of their points do get lower every time when they have any change . And for customer service , I do find they respond timely.

This site took over Global and MY Survey a few months ago; I've complained numerous times about the length of 'qualifying questions required before being disqualified, terminations without credit at the end of the surveys, and particularly about the numerous invitations that always direct to the same page of surveys, without regard to whether or not they've already been completed. Apparently, they expect users to keep track of which surveys were accessed, which is the same response I had gotten from Global. Given the low ratio of qualifications, slow accumulation of points and the wasted time in repeatedly accessing the same surveys, I'll be unsubscribing. I fail to understand why the invitation e-mail does not direct to a specific survey, as is the case with multiple other sites in which I participate.

This site needs to be taken down. They accused me of lying and not answering surveys honestly and just trying to add up points. I also believe they are profiling me because of my age. They cancelled my account and swept all my accumulated points to the curb. They need to be held accountable.

A complete waste of time

I was with GTM for years, they used to be quite good until the points per survey were reduced, but got so fed up with them & the slow website I unsubscribed last year, but stayed with MySurvey. Now with the merger I'm getting GTM surveys again, I get so many survey invites a day it's getting like spam, but I'm not eligible for so many.
'Help' desk useless. 10th March I was kicked out of a survey at 75% completed, I complained, they finally responded 26 April to say they were sorry I was having trouble logging in! I complained again & got an answer today saying they can't help without the survey number. Another survey got stuck at 69%, no matter what I entered my answers wouldn't take, I complained but that was never resolved.
As soon as I reached £5 I cashed out, & haven't taken any more surveys while I was waiting for the 'kicked out of the survey' problem to be resolved, but it clearly won't be, so I've now unsubscribed (once I could log in, the new site is as slow as the old) as the few surveys I can take I can't finish.

DON'T TRUST THIS SITE!!

This site should REALLY be forced to close down! To start, i qualified for and completed many surveys and got credit for all of them BUT i tried to cash out twice and BOTH TIMES NOTHING HAPPENED AT ALL AND I NEVER GOT MY MONEY EITHER TIME! So, BOTH times i sent them a very polite message letting them know their site wouldn't let me cash out and if they could please help me. They NEVER RESPONDED TO EITHER EMAIL and shortly after I sent the second email, they cancelled my account and has yet to respond to my third email in which i asked them why they cancelled my account and never paid me. Just took my points and kicked me to the curb!! DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE OR U WILL BE SORRY! BEWARE AND DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME with them!!!!!!!!!!!!
