Great Rewards Options

In order to request a reward, you must have a minimum of 5,500 LifePoints ($5) in your account. Once you've reached this balance, you can spend your LifePoints on two main reward options: gift cards and PayPal payments (note that rewards may vary across countries).

The gift e-cards offered are available to major retailers such as eBay, Amazon, Starbucks, and more. Feeling generous? No problem. You may also donate your LifePoints to charities such as Unicef.

Survey Taking Experience

As a LifePoints member, you can contribute your views and opinions by completing online surveys covering various aspects of your daily life. Other activities such as mini-polls, product testing and other types of data collection are also opportunities to collect LifePoints and spend them on exceptional rewards.

Survey invitations are sent out by email and can be taken any time during the survey period. Members don’t need any special skills to complete the activities within LifePoints. If you can contribute your thoughts and fill out the online survey, then you’re ready to go!

Survey Lengths and Point Amounts

Survey lengths vary, however most surveys will take between 10-15 minutes to complete. Compensation awarded for surveys varies, and depends upon the length of the survey, as well as the client's urgency for survey takers to complete it. The more urgent the assignment, the better rewards it will offer.

Points for Disqualifications

If you start a survey but don’t get to finish it, LifePoints rewards you with a small number of points as recognition for your efforts. Points amounts may be 2 or 3 points at a time, but does help reach cashout levels sooner. You may earn up to 10 extra LifePoints a day this way, which means you get to spend your LifePoints sooner!

Points per survey decrease 40% since they moved to lifepoints

Member of Globaltestmarket since 2016. And now, again, they decrease point per survey at same time to complete. I'm moving to another site.

The Merger made everything worse

I was a member of mysurvey.com and I thought they were ok, compared to everyone else, because they usually rewarded you with the said points but never had any customer service. Recently, the merged with lifepoints and globaltestmarket. So, there are 3 different companies into 1 website (lifepoints). This was the worst decision ever made. The website is so slow that I can't even open any link. The rewards they give out for the time it takes to do the survey has changed for the worse. I hope everyone out there just cancels their membership to show these companies and every other survey company that how they operate now is unfair and unethical. Drain the survey swamp and get real companies out here that actually work.

Stole my points

Everything was fine with this site when they were still 'mysurvey' then I ordered a reward and a week later lifepoints cancelled my reward. When I sent an email asking what happened, they sent me an aggressive email back stating I had violated their terms and they might prosecute me in USA for fraud. I don't live in USA, I broke no terms and done nothing wrong. I didn't commit fraud and I only have one account. They could not give me a reason/explanation or provide evidence for what they were suggesting and instead of apologising and fixing the issue, they cancelled my membership and confiscated my points which I earned. I am sure what they've done is completely illegal. They agreed to pay for my time and answers and they have reneged on that agreement. Will be reporting them to the ombudsman in my country. It's absolutely disgraceful and all because they just don't want to pay people.

Cannot Log In

I have not been able to log into Global Testmarket or My Survey since Lifepoints has taken over. I have emailed them several times and get generic responses. Is anyone else having this problem?

Terribly Slow

Unfortunately, now that MySurvey has converted into LifePoints, it is virtually unusable. The pages load so slowly that it's nearly impossible to use their site or do surveys. Also, the points are so hard to get that it would take a long time to even cash out $10. There are far better sites that respect your time and effort. I am deleting my account, and will miss MySurvey because they were one of the good ones for us survey takers.
