Great Rewards Options

In order to request a reward, you must have a minimum of 550 LifePoints ($5) in your account. Once you've reached this balance, you can spend your LifePoints on three main reward options: gift cards, PayPal payments and donations. Note that rewards options may vary between countries.

  • e-Gift cards - With just 550 points, you can request a $5 e-gift card from Amazon, Starbucks, Best Buy, Google Play, Apple Store, Marks & Spencer, Love2Shop, ebay, to gas stations, and more
  • PayPal payments - With 1200 points in your account, request a $10 PayPal payment.

As a LifePoints member, you can contribute your views and opinions by completing online surveys covering various aspects of your daily life. Survey Lengths

Survey lengths vary, however most surveys will take between 10-15 minutes to complete. Compensation awarded for every survey varies, and depends on its length, as well as the client's urgency for survey takers to complete it. The more urgent the assignment, the more points it will offer.

Another very good site with very interesting surveys of varying lengths, with only short screeners and where it is rare to be disqualified. Dashboard of all available surveys and many give you the opportunity to comment on the survey at the end. Each point has a value of about £0.0087 and you are paid after earning a minimum of £5. Cash pay-out to PayPal is available. I typically get 2-5 surveys a day. On a bad day I will spend less than a minute being screeened and out, but on a good day I can achieve 400 + points.

I had been a member of this site for many years and it was one of the best sites I had ever used. I had been using the rewards as additional money on the side to help provide for my family. My account was recently closed right after I tried to make a redemption (which I did not receive). Survey sites tend to do this from past experience (close your account right after trying to make a redemption because they obviously don't want to pay you). In the email I received from them after contacting them the only explanation given was I violated terms and conditions but they could not go further into the details of what the violation was. To top it all off was the message "Have a great day" at the end of the email. Other sites I have had issues with have been kind enough to give second chances. This was not the case with this company. So disappointing. I would not recommend using this site.

I had been a LifePoints member for a number of years and on the 12 feb I redeemed my points for a £10 amazon voucher, by the 25 February I hadn’t received it so I tried to log into my account, but was told it had been deactivated. I contacted LifePoints and was told I had violated their terms I asked what this was but they refused to say I asked when I would get my voucher (which I claimed and they confirmed I would receive it ) but was told this as well as any points I had accrued were cancelled and refused to move on this, I believe this was a way of not making the payment, in my mind PURE THEFT

I can understand why there are so many 1 star ratings for Lifepoints. I was a member of MySurveys before Lifepoints took them over. When they did my account was cancelled and all of my points were lost. It took well over a month to get everything straightened out and my points returned. Like so many others here I received an email stating that my account was deactivated for violating terms and all my points were forfeited. The email contained 2 links for the terms. After reviewing them I could not see anything that I did that would violate any of the terms. I logged in almost every day or several times a day in many cases. I tried to provide honest answers to the best of my ability when doing the surveys. In the mean time the order for a PayPal deposit that was confirmed has not gone into my account and it looks like it was also lost along with any of the points that I had.

This is the same stuff that I had to go thru back in 2019.
Update 3/2/22 ******
Received a reply and I followed the instructions to resubmit the request.
Just like Patricia below, I got a reply again that my account was closed without giving any clear reason why.
But I guess if their bottom line is so bad that they must feel the need to steal people's rewards.
The other alternatives for me is to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
If you like doing surveys for fun and no rewards and like being treated like some thief, conman or liar then Lifepoints is the place to go.

HORRIBLE...SAME TREATMENT AS OTHERS

As another long time user of Lifepoints, I had the EXACT same experience as other recent reviewers this month (February, 2022). Out of the blue, I no longer had access, getting "Temporarily unavailable" contact help.

After sending inquiry, I received the same response as others... I had violated Rewards rules and membership terminated and points removed. I questioned and again told "evidence overwhelming" but Lifepoints "does not provide reasons in order to protect its security measures."

A link to its rules, etc was in email and it states basically this company can terminate membership at any time, for any reason and does not provide details. Like many others, I had been taking surveys and earning points for rewards for years and years. This accusatory treatment is horrible and apparently many people in the past week have received the same termination treatment.

I am in shock.. Seeing many others received the same wording, I now question its responses to any of us and the timing of terminations within the same month seem suspicious. I was in the middle of a month-long "Purchase Survey" and when I could not login in and add new entries and then got message, I contacted help as instructed.

Do not trust this survey company. If long-time members are dropped and company has no obligation to tell you why, can terminate you at any time for any reason, it sounds suspicious.

Add me to the list of reviews, esp during Feb, 2022, that were "terminated for violating rules" receiving the same exact email and losing all the points/rewards we had accumulated. BAD BUSINESS!

The company responded to my review and asked me to re-submit for immediate review. The response I received was THE EXACT SAME CANNED EMAIL I received the first time..acct closed and would remain closed.

THE BAD REVIEWS OF THIS COMPANY ARE JUSTIFIED. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. YOUR TIME AND MENTAL HEALTH ARE WORTH MORE than having your accts closed, points taken away and given "fake" reasons without explanation.
VERY SUSPICIOUS. VERY SHADY. STAY AWAY!
