As a LifePoints member, you can contribute your views and opinions by completing online surveys covering various aspects of your daily life. Survey invitations are sent out by email and can be taken any time during the survey period. Members don’t need any special skills to complete the activities within LifePoints consumer panel. If you can contribute your thoughts and fill out the online survey, then you’re ready to go!
Survey Lengths
Survey lengths vary, however most surveys will take between 10-15 minutes to complete. Compensation awarded for every survey varies, and depends on its length, as well as the client's urgency for survey takers to complete it. The more urgent the assignment, the more points it will offer.
Receiving More Surveys
To ensure you're being invited to the maximum number of surveys, ensure your personal information on file is up to date. Do this by filling out the profile questions available in your account (which will earn you an extra 10 points!). Earn Points for Disqualifications
If you start a survey but don’t get to finish it, LifePoints will reward you with a small number of points as recognition for your time and effort. Point amounts may be 2 or 3 points at a time and can help you reach a cash out sooner. I've been a Life Points member for two years and have consistently and diligently participated in the provided surveys. Unfortunately, a few weeks ago, my account was unjustifiably closed, despite still having life points worth three figures. Regrettably, the support has been unresponsive, and they are unwilling to review or reactivate my account. The support appears distant and unresponsive, with no one willing to provide information on what I may have done wrong or offer me a second chance. Surprisingly, I didn't receive any warnings at all.
My sole request is to be able to redeem the rewards for the efforts I've invested by allowing me a final payout. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this disgraceful and deceitful site. I feel unfairly treated and as if my hard work has been stolen from me.

I have been a member for many years, since global test market days and up until recently nothing too negative to report. Until recently, I had always redeemed points for vouchers and there has not been a issue, that is until I connected my PayPal account and requested funds. I had accumulated over 80 000 points worth over $700 over months and many hours. Not having used PayPal before, I decided to redeem $300 and make sure it was all fine. This occurred with no problems and I received the funds, so I proceeded to redeem the additional $ 400. This is where the problems commenced, as I see has happened to so many others. The redemption went through and according to notification and confirmation was being processed with funds to be in my PayPal account within 5 days. I went to log in to Lifepoints a couple of days later and could not, messaged the help centre and then came the response I have as per the T&C been deactivated. I have been completing surveys for over a decade (1000’s) with this company and not had an issue or claim that I was answering in any way than honestly up until now. Message the help centre and dispute to receive the standard message that I have been deactivated due to violation of T&C and the decision is final. Have continuously tried to get answers of what it is that I have done, but to no avail. To get that amount of $ I would have completed well over 500 surveys and no issue! Go to cash out and there is all of a sudden a problem with my responses and integrity apparently. Something is not right! So be aware you might go fine for an extended period of time but there is every possibility that they will deactivate you without warning or regard and take whatever you have EARNED in the meantime. This with no explanation or legitimate reason, even if you could get one. So deactivated due to violating T&C and I get a survey sent today that I could open, data integrity? I wonder if the companies that this organisation represent would feel that Lifepoints is acting with integrity with the very people it requires to operate.
**UPDATE** 07th October 2023
After following the instructions, as per Lifepoints response to my review. This is the response that I received Thursday 28th September.
“Hello, ———! Your orders got cancelled along with your account. I see that you have been advised on this matter by one of my colleagues, so we did explain the situation. We did see your emails. The team is following the Lifepoints procedures. We need to be fair and sometimes this means closing accounts. I am sorry, but the decision is final. Thank you!”
So, much the same response as others. Look through review sites you will see this is not an isolated case. Clarification, their explanation consisted of “ deactivated account due to violation of T&C’s”. They have Not and will NOT tell you what it is that you are claimed to have done. Lifepoints have never officially stated they were not honouring the outstanding funds until this response. I knew that this would be the case as they pocket my points as well as the companies payment, but I wanted them to confirm and state they were keeping the funds that I legitimately earned.
These are the facts you can make your own educated decision.

I have been a member of this site for years, all the way back when it was Global Test Market. I have always taken surveys honestly and carefully, until my account was closed for no specific reason. I even contacted their support and they replied with a list of "possible reasons" for my account being suspended, but no specific reason or the chance to correct what I was supposedly doing wrong. Thus, taking all the points I earned.
I'm seeing there are a lot of reviews here almost identical to what happened to me. This sort of thing never happened with Global Test Market. Whoever runs this site now are using some questionable bait and switch like business practices.
I'm reporting these guys to the FTC and if this happened to you, I'd suggest you do the same.

Don't waste your time. As soon as I got enough points to cash out they cancelled my account. I have been doing surveys for several sites for over 20 years and this is one of the worst that I have signed up with. Would give them less than one star if I could. Check out the complaints on BBB...... wish I had of before I wasted my time with them. Beware!
UPDATE: After reading the same response that LP gave everyone else.... word for word I have decided that they aren't worth my time and cannot be trusted. There are too many good LEGITIMATE sites out there to fool with them. I have deleted them.

Horrible technical issues lately. I've completed 5xs as many surveys as I'm being credited for. I logged in this morn, I had 2500 points. Logged in a few hours later and I had half the points? Continually need to log back in. This is how I gain no points. UT kicks
