Great Rewards Options

In order to request a reward, you must have a minimum of 550 LifePoints ($5) in your account. Once you've reached this balance, you can spend your LifePoints on three main reward options: gift cards, PayPal payments and donations. Note that rewards options may vary between countries.

• e-Gift cards - With just 550 points, you can request a $5 e-gift card from Amazon, Starbucks, Best Buy, Google Play, Apple Store, Marks & Spencer, Love2Shop, ebay, to gas stations, and more

As a LifePoints member, you can contribute your views and opinions by completing online surveys covering various aspects of your daily life. Survey Lengths

Survey lengths vary, however most surveys will take between 10-15 minutes to complete. Compensation awarded for every survey varies, and depends on its length, as well as the client's urgency for survey takers to complete it. The more urgent the assignment, the more points it will offer.

I belonged to both MySurvey & GlobalTestMarket for many years. It's been a long time since either of them was a good panel, but it's only gotten worse now that they've combined as LifePoints.

You will receive dozens of survey invites a week. Almost all of them will pay very poorly. Those with a decent incentive will take 20-30 minutes to complete, & then tell you that you didn't qualify. In fact almost any survey you attempt will disqualify you with no rewards, often after gathering a lot of personal information.

Contacting customer service will require sending numerous e-mails on the same subject, & rarely getting credited in the end. Stay away from this one. This company does not value its members.

I like doing surveys for Lifepoints. They're quick to load on my computer, many of the surveys are quite interesting. Lifepoints seem to add up quickly enough, and they pay you 2 or 3 points generally even if you don't qualify for that survey.
Once you put in for a redemption they generally pay within a week. I like working with them.

I was a member of GlobalTestMarket for 10+ years before changing over to LifePoints. Shortly after the change over, I suddenly was no longer able to login into my account any more. I contacted customer service on September 13th and I finally got a definitive answer today December 18th. It took them 3 months to figure out what was going on whereas any reputable survey company would have resolved in the issue in 48 hours. To top it off, they told me that my account has been deactivated due to violating their policies. Again, I have been taking surveys for 10+ years and have never had an issue. Nor have I ever done anything that could be even considered something that would violate their policies. Of course I had a decent amount of points saved up that are now gone (seems like a good deal for LifePoints to not pay out). I cannot believe that they never sent me a warning of any sort to indicate that there was a problem so I could try to figure out what was going on. Bottom line: Do not waste your time saving up points just to have your account deactivated!! There are many other more reputable survey sites out there that care about their customers and will actually pay out.

UPDATE: After receiving the original email, I tried asking what my violations were since I am still completely in the dark as to what I could have done to have my account terminated. I was told that they will not reveal how they conduct their investigations nor what my violations were. They said they always err on the side of the member and will only terminate a membership if the evidence is overwhelming. They said in my case, the evidence was overwhelming......

Ive been with life points for years. Ever since they were mysurvey. Ive done 100's and 100's of surveys for them and have cashed out just as many times with them. But july 3rd 2019 i went to redeem my rewards and a little window thing popped up saying i am not authorized to redeem my points. Ive been contacting support 2 times a week since trying to get an answer from them and all i get is a generic response saying they have escalated the issue and will get back to me. Well so far nothing and i still keep trying to redeem rewards and that same window pops up saying im not authorized to redeem points. And about the same time this all started i stopped receiving survey invitations completely. So i don't know what is going on but i do know i want my money they owe me!!!!!!!

This is a bit of a lengthy review because I'm amazed by all of the negative reviews. I'm an avid survey taker. I belong to about 10 sites. Have been doing them over 2 years. For anyone familiar with the abundance of survey sites, the process can be tedious, redundant and slow-earning. That said, surveys are not meant to be a significant source of income. I'm disabled, so they fill time for me. They are also a form of entertainment and I actually learn a lot taking some surveys. Some sites only offer 3-11 points ($0.03-$0.11) for up to 40 minute surveys and only pay in amazon credit. For me, even those are time well spent. I would earn nothing playing games or watching TV. Lifepoints (formerly mysurvey and global test markets) actually has the best customer service and the highest earning potential--per survey of all the sites I use. Lowest lifepoints incentive $0.50 (points) for 10-20 minutes to up to $10.00 (1000 points) for monthly diaries (about 10 minutes a day). Survey frequency may be less than other sites, but the quality of surveys and earnings are better. Earnings are easy to track per penny, as in 1 point, one penny, verses many sites who offer 2000 point surveys, but require 95,000 points to earn $20. Lifepoint earning Opportunities ebb and flow and they have minor issues now and then. Compared to their competitors, however, I rate Lifepoints #1. In every category including ease and speed of payouts. I have a dedicated paypal account for survey earnings and can honestly say, I have earned $20 AT LEAST 6 times this past year. May not seem worth it to others, but $20 every other month, just to answer questions and participate in interesting surveys, is a distraction for me. Surveys arent for everyone. If you have high expectations of earning a 2nd income, they are not for you! Bug thumbs up to lifepoints!!!

Previous review: I used mysurvey and global test market happily for years, so when they morphed into lifepoints I had my doubts, but despite a slightly bumpy transition, they are my favorite survey site to date. Easiest to earn. I average $20 between 6 and 12 weeks. Easy to collect rewards. PayPal option.
