Survey Lengths
Survey lengths vary, however most surveys will take between 10-15 minutes to complete. Compensation awarded for every survey varies, and depends on its length, as well as the client's urgency for survey takers to complete it. The more urgent the assignment, the more points it will offer.
Receiving More Surveys
To ensure you're being invited to the maximum number of surveys, ensure your personal information on file is up to date. Do this by filling out the profile questions available in your account (which will earn you an extra 10 points!). If you start a survey but don’t get to finish it, LifePoints will reward you with a small number of points as recognition for your time and effort. Do not be fooled lifepoints is just mysurvey with a new look and the same old errors and incompetent customer service!
I joined up with this waste of time when it was lightspeed survey they had many name changes since then and it has become worse with each makeover. Lifepoints survey appears to blacklist people for forgetting to turn off their proxy server. Mind you it was a one time mistake i simple forgot! So i turned it off and re-logged into lifepoints that should have been the end of it right? NOPE! Less than a day after the incident my account was blocked no surveys, no access to my rewards (not authorized) so i contacted customers service explain my problem and i waited a month! A month later i contacted customer service again (emailed them) explaining the problem two week later nothing again so i use the chat function after 20 minute i get someone they apologies and tell me they have my account unblocked within 24 hours two days later my account is unblocked i can access my rewards but no survey's are available okay so i wait two week later no survey still! I get the email in my inbox but when i click them i go straight to my account page that shows no survey's available. So i go to customer service once again this time using the chat and they tell me they will look into it. One months passes no update! Two months pass no update! I contact CS AGAIN they apologies and tell me they will fix the issue in 24 hours. A week and a half pass and STILL no survey's i complain to CS again they tell me they will contact me when they have a solution. Two weeks later they contact me stating they have fixed my issue.... SURPRISE! It worked for one day. One day! The next day it went back to no survey's i complained they say there is nothing more they can do for me! ...they say there is nothing more they can do for me!
So I Closed the account! I call CS ask them to remove all my information (delete it) They tell me (LIES) that they would be happy to comply and are sad to see me go. This was in August this year. I am still receiving emails from life points to this day!

I was a member of GlobalTestMarket for 10+ years before changing over to LifePoints. Shortly after the change over, I suddenly was no longer able to login into my account any more. I contacted customer service on September 13th and I finally got a definitive answer today December 18th. It took them 3 months to figure out what was going on whereas any reputable survey company would have resolved in the issue in 48 hours. To top it off, they told me that my account has been deactivated due to violating their policies. Again, I have been taking surveys for 10+ years and have never had an issue. Nor have I ever done anything that could be even considered something that would violate their policies. Of course I had a decent amount of points saved up that are now gone (seems like a good deal for LifePoints to not pay out). I cannot believe that they never sent me a warning of any sort to indicate that there was a problem so I could try to figure out what was going on. Bottom line: Do not waste your time saving up points just to have your account deactivated!! There are many other more reputable survey sites out there that care about their customers and will actually pay out.
UPDATE: After receiving the original email, I tried asking what my violations were since I am still completely in the dark as to what I could have done to have my account terminated. I was told that they will not reveal how they conduct their investigations nor what my violations were. They said they always err on the side of the member and will only terminate a membership if the evidence is overwhelming. They said in my case, the evidence was overwhelming......

Ive been with life points for years. Ever since they were mysurvey. Ive done 100's and 100's of surveys for them and have cashed out just as many times with them. But july 3rd 2019 i went to redeem my rewards and a little window thing popped up saying i am not authorized to redeem my points. Ive been contacting support 2 times a week since trying to get an answer from them and all i get is a generic response saying they have escalated the issue and will get back to me. Well so far nothing and i still keep trying to redeem rewards and that same window pops up saying im not authorized to redeem points. And about the same time this all started i stopped receiving survey invitations completely. So i don't know what is going on but i do know i want my money they owe me!!!!!!!

Apologies for the long winded review, hopefully you find it useful.
I ran into problems in May of this year when the MPR Diary I was completing disappeared. I'd completed half of it but was then unable to continue as it vanished from the list of available surveys.
After contacting customer services I received many different template responses, none of them were helpful.
At the beginning of July I then got the well documented ‘Sorry, your membership is temporarily unavailable. Please contact our Help Centre for support’ error.
I then contacted customer services numerous times and it quickly became evident that all communications from this organisation are generic template responses. I was still unable to log into my account.
At the end of July I received the predictable account closure email stating I had broken their terms and conditions. For the record I have done no such thing.
From July until today I have received a total of 22 template responses to the error I originally reported about being unable to log in.
Even though they have closed my account they’re still sending template generic emails for an issue that no longer exists.
If you have any points that are redeemable I would urge everyone to do so and to then close your account.
Without a doubt this is the worst survey company in operation.
There is a pattern that clearly highlights their actions. A build-up of points, an inability to then log in and finally the inevitable account closure.
Do not open an account under any circumstances.
***UPDATE***
After nearly 5 months and over 50 emails later I was finally able to access the rewards section of the site.
I redeemed as many points as I could and received a payment.
During this process I was still receiving the generic template responses and nobody bothered to email me to tell me I could redeem my points.
It was pure luck I happened to try on that day and I was able to access that section of the site.
I still haven’t received a single survey since I reopened my account in October.
Again I keep asking for an explanation and as usual it’s a case of being bombarded with unhelpful generic template emails.
For your own sanity do not have any dealings with this organisation.

It doesn´t work well, I can tell you that. I check out a prize and they blocked me my user. I had my payment, but I lost all my points and can´t sign me in. Not recommended for Argentiina.
