I have always been irritate with MintVine for how long they take to approve points. Then, another week to pay. I was very excited to see they would now make ACH deposits as soon as points are payable. That's cool, right? Yes buuuuut....now it's super difficult to qualify for surveys, they no longer give points on every DQ AND the worst part? Now, you'll spend the time it says the survey takes only to be endlessly looped back into qualifying screeners. I don't know why the survey world has gotten so topsy turvy lately. I don't know if someone else has taken over MintVine like so many others. All I do know is that MintVine is like all the other aggravating companies now and it's no longer worth my time.
I received an e-mail from Mintvine about an in store follow up survey at Target that could only be done on a tablet/smartphone that paid $15.
That day I went to my local Target and completed the survey. I took pics of the screen showing the message that I completed it and would receive my reward. However when I clicked the continue button to redirect to Mintvine I got an error message.
When I got home I was upset to check my account and see that I did not get credit. I replied to the survey invite e-mail and was informed by Precision Sample that I had completed the survey and to log into my account and my incentive would be there. It wasn't.
I contacted Mintvine and was told to contact Precision Sample again.
I have gone back and forth with both Mintvine and Precision Sample for 3 weeks and they both keep pointing the finger at the other one.
Meanwhile I have never received my $15 reward.
Very disappointed in Mintvine for not immediately correcting this and making it my responsibility to fix this mess.
Found Mintvine on Survey Police and gave it a try
Offers lots of surveys. most of which you can actually start AND complete. Rewards are better than many and their redeeming of rewards is excellent. I took Amazon Vouchers which was amazingly quick. only 3 days between claim & receipt. unlike some companies who drag out the payment for several weeks
Their customer support REALLY IS!, quick response, genuine answers instead off the usual boilerplate from many survey companies.
Would recommend to anyone wanting surveys worth the time
Getting a load of surveys of awful reward/duration ratios (Typically 15-20 points for 15-25 minutes. Also the support team are getting like GTM, give an answer which isn't related to the question, or the favourite "You need to report it from our Click earnings screen' when the survey doesn't appear on that screen so you can't.
Still reasonable survey source EXCEPT 'Person.aly" which is a joke on a grand scale, avoid this!
This site was fun at first, but I'm quickly growing frustrated. First off, this site is not mobile friendly. Half the surveys are not devised for mobile devices - why can't they tell you that in the survey invitation, so you can just skip it? Of all the surveys I'm invited to, I complete maybe 10 percent; of those, I actually get credit for half, if I'm lucky. Filling out the report forms does no good - you get a minuscule percentage of the points promised for completion. For instance, I completed a 300-point survey, but didn't get credit. I had taken a screen shot of the "thanks you've completed the survey"" page, and sent it along with my report. I was awarded 5 points. Woo-hoo. Customer service is non-existent. It may be time to collect my payout and move on.

We are sorry to hear about your issues through MintVine. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can investigate and ensure you get your earned points.
No longer happy with Mintvine. Very few surveys, and most don't pay DQ points anymore. Lots of errors, and getting halfway through a survey, only to be told that survey is over its quota. As soon as I can get my last 1000 points cashed out, I'm done with Mintvine. This has been going on for the past 6-8 weeks.
Mintvine is a great survey site if you don't mind waiting a week after you cash out to get your money. They have tons of survey opportunities, and if you don't qualify, you still get a couple of points (most surveys, not all.) towards your cashout amount.
Customer service is decent, and I like that you can track all of the surveys you've done and when the points for each one will clear -- admittedly, though, having to wait for points to "clear" seems a little...excessive. Maybe do a better job of vetting survey takers at the beginning with a reCAPCHA instead of holding legitimate earnings?
Anyway, Mintvine isn't bad, if you're willing to wait to get paid.
