Mintvine had a few problems it was nothing to do with cash outs they do pay fast. Over the past few weeks they have really worked out there problems not to say there perfect because no survey site is but they are a lot better then some and they pay fast. They have a lot of surveys i get anywhere from 15 to 50 a day so you'll have a lot to work with.
Edit 4/27/2019 I have got a error on what is said to be a tv survey for 3 days now i contacted them yesterday in hopes it would be fixed by today but sadly it isn't they did give me the points for it i did thank them but i don't like getting something for nothing plus the survey is kinda fun. Maybe they just need more time to fix the issue.
Well since I made a complaint about Mintvine and Your-Survey duo, they have retaliated against me after complaining about them to the BBB. I can no longer participate in surveys. However, they did not disable my account, instead they block me from any participation. I now get this message when attempting a survey: "You're not invited to participate in this opportunity."
Mintvine's response to my survey police review is banal and repetitive copy-paste response that does not support any belief that they are doing anything wrong. Mintvine, along with Your-Surveys have not responded to each's BBB complaint.
My lowered score is due to their support provider, your-surveys. You-surveys ignores tickets for months, repeatedly and when they do it's snide and accusatorial. Since neither is good at response, I've filed BBB complaints.
However, I like that the payout threshold is low and the interval to receiving reward is reasonable, about a week. However the screen-out rate is very high, so you can spend a fair amount of time to qualify. The reward scheme is very linear, so not very much incentive to accumulate large pool of points, unless there's something specific you want.
Even with daily visits and completing peripheral activities, don't expect more than $100 a year.
Their quality scoring system is entirely capricious and they offer no explanation how these scores arrived at and the customer "support" contractor Your-Surveys takes months to reply and when they do it's very unfriendly and no substantial effort to resolve the issue. Additionally, Mintvine does not make it easy to communicate with Your-Survey

We are sorry to hear about your negative experience with Your-Surveys. Your-Surveys opportunities involve a Quality Score that can be affected by using multiple IP addresses in different locations. If you find that you are unable to take surveys through them, MintVine still has many other point gaining opportunities available.
Payout takes a while but they have a lot of surveys to try and at least give you a few points if you don't qualify.
When I first signed up with MintVine I was happy because I had been searching for another survey panel to earn a little with for a while now and was not successful in my search. It seems great at first, a little deceiving - in my opinion, but after you cash out the first time, you'll notice way less opportunities to none. You'll stop getting surveys and they will more than likely keep any points you earn 'pending' after you've already cashed out once. This, to me, is just bogus. I would say I'm disappointed but also not surprised since many survey panels seem to be flawed this way. It's really difficult to find a fair one that is authentic or consistent. Don't waste your time with MintVine and look elsewhere.

We are sorry to hear you did not have a positive experience with MintVine. Thank you for your feeback.
Nope. Nope. Nope. Not happy with this one. Just spent 35mins on a survey (again) where at the end "disqualified". This is happening way too much. Waste of my time. I haven't been with Mintvine very long. I will give it the benefit of the doubt for a few more days. I'm just trying to get the points, cash out, and move on to other surveys. There are a few survey websites that are a lot better than this one. But like I said, I will give it a few more tries (you would think these surveys would know within the first few questions whether or not you're qualified. Not the second to the last question. Oh thats right, they do!). Two stars for the first day; very misleading,
