Get $2 for Becoming a Member of MintVine
Join Mintvine to instantly receive 200 points (worth $2) credited to your account. Registration is very quick, and you may sign up with your Facebook account, or using your e-mail address.

When your account reaches 1000 approved points ($10), you may redeem your points for cash paid to your PayPal or Dwolla account. Alternatively, you may request an electronic gift code to Amazon, Target, and other retailers. Redemptions take approximately 48 hours to process. A valid phone number may be required to cash out your rewards.

Points for Survey Disqualifications

Survey Lengths

Additionally, you may earn an extra 25 points for every 10 polls you complete during a Poll Streak opportunity.

Earn Extra Points with Local Deals
Local Deals are businesses that offer great deals while providing an earnings bonus consisting of MintVine points if you choose to make a purchase. These opportunities are also listed in your MintVine dashboard.

How to Redeem Points
Once you have earned a minimum of 1000 approved points ($10 worth), a redemption button will become active in the "Current Earnings" section of your account. You can then choose a cash payment option or request an electronic gift card.

I had almost identical frustrations and experiences as Natalie about a month ago. Cash out was disabled, I was not receiving many surveys when I used to get 35 each day. I also was getting no responses to my questions. Finally after searching and locating "higher-ups" I sent a message to multiple individuals. Jargon involved something about a proxy server, was I not where I said I lived, maybe I should take surveys from a computer rather than a tablet. Was reinstated, then rebanned. What a nightmare. Finally got it squared away and was given a generous number of consolation points, but geeeesh, what I had to go through!

Up until a month ago, Mintvine would've received a five star review from me. Customer service was quick and very fair. My recent problems changed all that, though. I'll see how it goes in the next few weeks and write again.

The phone number Mintvine lists is wrong. It takes you to a recording from State Farm insurance. Needs to be changed or deleted.

"They Disabled the Cash Out Button"

I've been taking service through this company for quite a while. I cashed out numerous times with no problems. I started having issues with nine introduced a new way of cashing out that would result in the deposit being made directly to your bank. I linked to my bank, I never got the two test deposits. As a result, I changed my payment option back to PayPal. At that point, I discovered that the cash out button was inactivated. I also appear to have been barred from taking surveys suddenly. After sending numerous emails, I finally got a response asking me if one I live in the United States, and to make sure I'm not using a proxy. I responded to him telling him that yes I live in United States and that I do not know what a proxy is. I politely told him that as far as I know I have followed all the rules, so I don't understand why I've been blocked from taking surveys and cashing out when I have enough points to do so. I got a email from him back saying that the band has been lifted. I started receiving emails with the surveys again, But each time I try to take a survey I don't get to answer a single question before I get a message saying I'm not qualified to take it. Also the cash out button is still inactivated. I'm frustrated because I have no idea what I've done wrong or what it is that they think I've done wrong. I've probably sent a dozen emails over the past month and have gotten one response back saying that they lifted the ban, but it doesn't appear that that's really been done

This is one of my favorite survey sites. Sometimes they randomly give me extra points when I am disqualified for surveys. I have never had a problem with not being paid for completed surveys.

Hello I have not received a payment that was due on the 22 of this month all I received was a email on congrats and no payment when will I receive as well getting all these survey and no response on my payment to my PayPal can someone contact me and let me know that contact number for mintvine is to a company to make payments, I'm disappointed that no one has reached out it sad you have all these people including me going thru frustration only to get No answers why do this to people I recommend friends here thinking it wasn't like every other online survey don't you want POSITIVE FEED BACK and attracted people that would say positive thing about your company why say quick payouts and it seems like a struggle to get an Answer or just to be let down

I have always been irritate with MintVine for how long they take to approve points. Then, another week to pay. I was very excited to see they would now make ACH deposits as soon as points are payable. That's cool, right? Yes buuuuut....now it's super difficult to qualify for surveys, they no longer give points on every DQ AND the worst part? Now, you'll spend the time it says the survey takes only to be endlessly looped back into qualifying screeners. I don't know why the survey world has gotten so topsy turvy lately. I don't know if someone else has taken over MintVine like so many others. All I do know is that MintVine is like all the other aggravating companies now and it's no longer worth my time.
