Just joined and did profile surveys, verified my account, etc. Then when all done I logged out. Came back a while later to check something about the site, and voila(!), it says password is incorrect (which it is NOT!) There's no "forgot password" option, just "reset password." I click on "reset password," they send me a reset email, I click on the link in it, which takes me to a login page. At that page I tried both a new password and my old one. Both rejected as incorrect (??????) What a weird technical fail. VERY BAD!!

It used to take two weeks for points to be released directly from the website. Now any survey, whether it is a direct survey or an offer, it takes minimum two weeks, with a minimum 5 days to get your points redeemed for a gift card or cash. If it is an offer, no matter how high the point count is, they will give you maximum 56 points, even if they promise more. Recently I had points rejected, and withdrawal times extended. I can't qualify for most surveys even if I initially do and often times I will finish a survey saying I did not qualify. Offer survey websites decreased my quality score to as low as possible the moment I got it back to 100 after they lowered it after I tried to raise it. Many of the surveys say I qualify initially, only to say I don't two minutes later. The website is too much hassle and stress to keep an account. Recently I tried to delete my account and profile page and delete account option are not visible anywhere. I tried to get in touch with mintvine over time, with no one ever responding. Not worth it! Do not sign up!
When I first signed up with MintVine I was happy because I had been searching for another panel to earn with for a while and was not successful in my search. It seems good at first, but after you cash out once, you'll notice way less opportunities to none. You'll stop receiving surveys and they will more than likely keep any points you earn as 'pending.' Don't waste your time with MintVine and look elsewhere!!
Update: Their customer service (if you even want to call it that) is just terrible. They don't respond to e-mails and they keep the money you've earned. I've had over $10 stuck in my account for months that I cannot cash out. This company has absolutely no morals. I've e-mailed them multiple times and of course, no response. They only ever respond to the negative reviews online to make them appear as if they're considerate and legitimate -yet ignore their e-mails. That alone, should speak volumes about this company. They are nothing but a joke.
Yeah, I know Mintvine give us good surveys but they do not give us good payments. After 2 or 3 payments they blocked the account and vanish the redeem button from the account. That means when your account pending rotation starts in full swing on that time they blocked and forfeited the points. When they blocked my account, on that time I send them mail after mail but I don't get a single reply from them. moreover I want to say, they gave you 20$$ to 30$$ buy take away from you 80+$$. Please don't make panic, reply your clients message and take care of them.

I used mintvine about last 1 month but unfortunately last 4 days ago mintvine blocked my account and my redeem button is disappeared. I don't know why mintvine do this with me because I don't get any reply. I send mail several times about my problem to the customer service of mintvine. I think they ignore me. But why you ignore me mintvine? Tell me the problem. I hope I will get an answer.
