i have been a member since 2007. Now with covid and all the stress in general, mypoints.com decided to block my survey access. I have done nothing wrong. They said my answers were inconsistent but it was a bot. I believe that there is something wrong on their end. This is the second time that they did this. The first time was almost 8 months ago and I begged them to reinstate me but I am done. They don't even seem to care that I was a member for over 10 years. Also, they offer points for shopping and almost never credit for that.

My account was deactivated 3 times in a week. The first 2 times, I was reactivated. The last time, I was left deactivated. They never told me what I did wrong, and instead told me to "follow the terms of service". I never used VPNs, bots, multiple accounts, or anything else. All I did was watch videos on the "watch" portion. I even asked customer support about what the problem was, and they didn't say anything.

Reckless account deactivation. Representative from company asked for drivers license to verify who I was. I was not going to give it so I did not respond. A couple days later they responded again and reopened my account even though I never gave them the required documents. I used the site for the next few days before it was deactivated again. Will never recommend this site

Very few opportunities to earn any points. Basically you have surveys, watching videos for minimal points, and cash back shopping. Took me almost four days to get enough points for a 1 dollar reward. They never sent the gift card when I redeemed the points. Stay away.
