Simply enter your email address and desired password on its home page to begin the registration process. I have been a member for a long time and I've had no problems redeeming points for ecards. However, I saved my points for a paypal account and now they will not allow me to redeem my points.

I was a member here since 2007. I started having issues with them blocking me from watching videos. All customer support would say was it was a 3rd party. They never offered any help. So, I started doing surveys. Well today I entered I was a female, as I am. they blocked me from surveys saying I answered inconsistently!!! This site has gone seriously shady!!!!
I cashed out for a $10 card and left about 300 pts in my account and closed it.
Such a shame such a good site has gone to garbage!

IF I CAN GIVE ZERO RATING, I WOULD. MYPOINTS DESERVE ZERO RATING. MY ACCOUNT GOT DEACTIVATED BY THE TIME I REDEEMED MY $3 DOLLARS AMAZON. TAKE NOTE, I WAS JUST JUST TRYING TO REDEEM TO MAKE SURE IF THIS SITE IS LEGIT. THEN THEY GIVE ME CRAP. I FOLLOWED THE RULES, I ONLY OPEN ONE AT A TIME NCRAVE THEN VIDEO. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME. DO NOT SIGN UP. THAT'S WHY THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE IS NOT EVEN VERIFIED. DON'T BE FOOLED.!

I have to concur with many of the reviews. This used to be a great site, easy to earn points and easy to redeem them. Over time they became less concerned with their customers. I was constantly missing purchase points. If I could get them applied to my account it took over two months and several submissions to convince them I made my purchase from them. The worst part was trying to redeem points. I attempted to redeem mine for a $500 airline card. Not only did they dock the points, they found a way to not honor the e-card issued to me. I spent ten years accumulating points only to have them tell me "the matter was closed." Never again.

This used to be a great site! Little by little turned into a disaster. It became harder to earn points. Not only less opportunities or smaller pay-offs, but physically impossible to earn points. For example, they have this option to get points by watching videos, but the site does not work. It works maybe a few days a month only.

After getting points, when you redeem, that is another problem. Gift card's sent incorrectly and you can't redeem the amount. Final cherry on the top is that they just close your account and forfeit all your points and there is nothing you can do about it! Total waste of time and effort and a whole lot of disappointment!
