I rarely receive the monthly points for having the app. They track your every move online, with less than minimal payment. Not worth the risk.

I've been a member of Neilson for some time. I got a new phone. They keep sending me monthly emails with my point balance. I can't download the app (?) because it tells me, I don't qualify or something else. Why are they sending me emails with my account balance?

Ever since May of 2021, when I purchased a new cell phone, the Nielsen Computer and Mobile panel has not worked. Not only that but I have been ignored by technical support after submitting several requests but I am not able to access the points I've earned. This site is not one you should trust.

I was offered £20 for installing their monitoring app on my computer if I kept it active for one month. After 3 months I asked them why they had not paid me and was told they only enter you into sweepstakes and they are not responsible for other survey platforms offering incentives. I have a screen shot of the offer of the £20 from themselves. I will not be allowing them any more access to my computer for free!

I had this installed for about a year. During that time, I was not able to redeem any of the reward points. When I emailed about the issue several times, I was told it was handled. They never rectified the issue, and then I was locked out of my account. Total waste of time.
