Survey Taking Experience

Collect Your Points

Most OneOpinion surveys pay the points equivalent of $1 to $5 ($1 = 1,000 points), so you’ll hit the 25,000 point threshold needed to start redeeming your rewards quickly if you are an active member of the panel.

When new online surveys become available, you'll be e-mailed a survey invitation which will state the topic of the survey, the number of points offered for completing it, as well as the approximate time it'll take to complete. Even if you end up getting screened out of a survey, One Opinion will still reward you with points! This will help you reach your rewards goals faster.

Earn Points for Disqualifications

If you get screened out or are disqualified from an online survey, OneOpinion will still compensate you. Earn up to 250 points per day (50 points x 5 disqualifications) for screen outs.

Get Your Points Immediately!

After you complete an online survey, your reward points will instantly be loaded into your account. These points can be traded in towards great rewards from the OneOpinion Rewards Program.

Take Part in LOTS of Surveys

If you qualify, and your profile matches the studies criteria, there may be a new survey for you to take every day. Partner surveys are also available, which will help match you to additional studies.

Stopped surveys / certification licensing problems

February 13, 2022 by Hedwig from United States

A week ago I completed a survey, but no points were given. Their Emily - computer response - couldn't figure things out, but wrote that a staff member will be contacted. I also wrote an email to them, but didn't get a reply.
Next 2 days no surveys were available to me. I asked Emily who responded that my account was temporarily suspended. There is no reason that they could have suspended me. So I wrote them an email asking for the reason.
Today I received a response that they system flagged me because of browser issues. I used the same browser as always and even tried their site using another browser, Chrome, but I am still blocked.
I tried Emily again who wrote that they are having "having an issue with the certification licensing on our site".
Looks like they aren't going to operate anymore and that people like me who have points won't be able to redeem the points.
Follow-up: They unblocked me after a week, but again I have problems with them. They didn't give me points for a long survey, and right after I asked about it, they blocked me from taking more surveys and they canceled my request for the $25 Paypal payment I was eligible for and had requested.
So now they don't give the promised points and they don't pay out as promised.
Beware of this site!!!

They finally fixed the problem. But now there is a problem again:
They didn't sent the payout and don't reply to emails anymore. They used to sent the payout to Paypal in 3 days, but now they didn't payout at all.
Plus they didn't respond to my email and email reminder for a week already.
But they keep sending emails asking to fill out their surveys. No, I won't fill out any of their surveys anymore without them paying as promised.

Downhill Fast

I've been taking surveys with this site for a while but lately they have been a waste of my time. And when you try contacting them they don't respond.

Same as everyone else

December 16, 2021 by Jo from United States

Use to get survey email and you could do five or six now get email and no surveys available I am not sure why they send emails. You can't send them message does not work and suppose if you would call no answer. Danta probably going out of business if the stiff everybody.

OneOpinion is Closed

December 7, 2021 by Lisa from United States

I suspected that OneOpinion was shutting down when they stopped sending me surveys, said there was some irregularity with my account, then restored the account but have sent me no surveys since Oct. 16. I have 12,360 points which is equal to $12.36 US Dollars - the minimum amount to cash out is $25. I have tried asking them to cash out what I do have, but no response to that. The phone # and virtual assistant are gone, and the Contact Us feature goes nowhere. I saw on some other reviews that they are switching over to Opinion Outpost, which closed down my account without explanation while owing me money several years ago. Once again I have put in a lot of time & effort on surveys and seem to have no recourse as far as getting paid for it. At least I can warn the rest of you!

Unwarranted suspension of account

December 4, 2021 by Dick from United States

Been with this site through at least two name changes. In January 2021, I reported that surveys had stopped. I received various responses that the situation was fixed, account was active, problem on their end, open new account and transfer reward balance, etc., On 11/7, they requested my PayPal info which I supplied. Last e-mail, on 11/16/21, advised me that the account was suspended due to 'accuracy and/or attention' issues and that the 40,000+ points were forfeited.
I sent a request for review at a higher level and am awaiting a response before I finalize the review.
Just want to see if anyone else is getting the same runaround.
