Survey Taking Experience

Collect Your Points

Most OneOpinion surveys pay the points equivalent of $1 to $5 ($1 = 1,000 points), so you’ll hit the 25,000 point threshold needed to start redeeming your rewards quickly if you are an active member of the panel.

When new online surveys become available, you'll be e-mailed a survey invitation which will state the topic of the survey, the number of points offered for completing it, as well as the approximate time it'll take to complete. Even if you end up getting screened out of a survey, One Opinion will still reward you with points! This will help you reach your rewards goals faster.

Earn Points for Disqualifications

If you get screened out or are disqualified from an online survey, OneOpinion will still compensate you. Earn up to 250 points per day (50 points x 5 disqualifications) for screen outs.

Get Your Points Immediately!

After you complete an online survey, your reward points will instantly be loaded into your account. These points can be traded in towards great rewards from the OneOpinion Rewards Program.

Take Part in LOTS of Surveys

If you qualify, and your profile matches the studies criteria, there may be a new survey for you to take every day. Partner surveys are also available, which will help match you to additional studies.

Product Testing and Online Surveys

Members of OneOpinion periodically get the opportunity to see and test new products that are not yet on the market. Try new products from the comfort your home and tell OneOpinion about your experience! You will typically get to keep the product and will also receive points for testing it.

Extra Security to Protect Your Account

OneOpinion offers 2-Step Verification to help protect your account from hackers and scammers; this optional feature allows you product your account with your phone number so that if someone were to gain access to your email account, they would not be able to cash out your rewards from your One Opinion account.

24/7 Member Care

OneOpinion promises its members great customer service. If at any point you have a question about anything regarding OneOpinion, chat with Emily the 'bot' who is surprisingly savvy and can help with most inquiries, or call the customer service line and you will be connected with a customer representative that can answer your questions over the phone.

Down the drain

May 22, 2017 by robin from United States

Longtime member with no prior complaints til the changeover. I now spend 20 minutes giving conscientious attention to screeners and getting booted out. At first I thought it was a glitch, but customer service says it's the new way. I'm about to cash out and move along.

Hacked once; account wiped once

May 11, 2017 by Carol from United States

Last month my account was hacked for Virtual Visa Cards. OO blamed it on Google Mail. I thought...ok...and they made me change passwords and I put a text message code requirement to log into my email. Saturday I got a email for a survey and went to do it and "that email is not an account here" Somehow, I just magically got on by resetting my password and my entire account points, survey history, cash-out history had been wiped clean. Called them---they blamed it on Google again. I called them on this and they had no explanation. I think it was a system failure. They restored my points but I have no trust in their security. I am sure it really not as good as Google's.

Horrible Survey Site!

March 21, 2017 by David from United States

If you have an account with any of their sites they will freeze your accounts and will not even give you an explanation. I was trying to cash out points and it wouldn't let me do it. I contacted customer service and they opened a ticket and said they would check into it and have never fixed the issue only to freeze my account. I wouldn't recommend this site at all.

OneOpinion responded to this review on March 21, 2017

Hi David,

Thank you for your review, and apologies for any negative experiences you've had with OneOpinion.

We use a variety of third-party software and systems in order to validate the identities of our panel members, and also to prevent any fraudulent or malicious activity on the website. These systems can sometimes flag accounts for a number of reasons. If this happens, we always try to be as absolutely transparent as possible on what is taking place. In many cases, account flagging issues can be corrected by our member care team, and accounts can be set back to "active" status.

Please feel free to contact our member care team again via the support tool on the main OneOpinion page, or by direct email to [email protected]. We will do whatever we can to provide you additional information on what is happening, and provide the best method of resolution. I will do my best to personally respond to your inquiry if you do so.

Best,

Bad Filters

January 14, 2017 by John from United Kingdom

All surveys they put me forward for rejected me as I gave details about my status that I had already had given to OneOpinion in my profile. Some rejected me only after I had answered many questions. Very sloppy.
