I have been getting 20+ surveys everyday when I check in today I got 31 and only 2 I could do, sent a message to Customer service and got NO RESPONSE, What gives it takes time to go thru all those everyday for nothing

Update: July 5th 32, today 36 and only 2 were doable come FIX IT !!

I am not receiving the rewards instead they keep refunding the points instead with no explanation. I have emailed them on this.

THE LAST QUESTION TO QUALIFY IS AN OPEN ENDED QUESTION--IT DOESN'T MATTER THE WORD COUNT I NEVER QUALIFY.

I love Krispy Kreme Donuts, however, that's the ONLY reward available. Cashing out with PayPal is a lie. There are only donuts. Fortunately I'm not a diabetic (yet). I guess I'll still use it, but only because I like donuts.

Your cashout feature has been disabled. Please contact [email protected]. The panel who i dealt with before opinion champ merged with them or bought them out i never had issues. now that they are opinion champ i have emailed them 3 times regarding the above with no response.
