Attempted 4 Surveys, completed the questionnaires, half way mark I give my answers and unfortunately you do not qualify. I just spent 8 of the 10 minutes taking the survey and when it asks what brand make remover i use I dont qualify? What about the 20 previous questions. This company is collecting their needed information and not paying. Here is a clue for them, ASK THE DISQUALIFY QUESTIONS FIRST!

I did a music survey with this panel in Dec 2019, and it paid out fine after a few weeks. Did another in early March 2020 and received nothing. After 4 months of waiting, I contacted them and was told that their QA Dept decided I was not in the right area, and I could not receive a PP Payout. Did they contact me- NO. I provided my VALID street address, and have yet to receive a check or response. Waste of time, survey takers beware.

They blocked my account for no convincing reason. They told me that you have multiple accounts and that I violated the site policy, even though I did not do that. I provided honest answers while answering the questionnaires and I only had one account. I was disappointed in them because they do not respect their members.

Was trying to redeem my points for Paypal and it kept bouncing it back. Trying to contact the customer service but no response received. Also, it's very hard to get qualified for an surveys. Either it will say survey is already attempted or it just disqualify you after a view questions.
Update: They gave a fake concern and asked me to contact them, and I did. The answer I got is the usual BS, your account is flagged because inconsistency, blah, blah, blah.
Off to the spam folder you go. I wish I can give this site negative 10 stars.
