5 Badge Levels for Members

Opinion Miles Club offers a loyalty program in the form of badges, that are awarded to active community members. There are five badge levels - Bronze for beginners, Silver, Gold, Platinum and the highest level - Diamond.

• Bronze members - Simply sign up and activate your account for a Bronze status.
• Silver members - Complete at least 25% of your survey profile, complete at least one survey in the last week, and complete your first survey to achieve a Silver status.
• Gold members - Complete at least 50% of your survey profile, complete at least one survey in two consecutive weeks, and complete at least 10 surveys in total.
• Platinum members - Complete at least 75% of your survey profile, complete at least one survey in three consecutive weeks, and complete at least 25 surveys in total.
• Diamond members - Fully complete the survey profile, complete fifty surveys (or more) in total, and complete at least 50 surveys in total.

Maintaining Your Badge Status

To maintain your badge status, ensure that you continue to take surveys at least once a week. Keep your survey profile updated, as some sections expire over time.

Opinion miles is a terrible website. First I did surveys and when I submitted at the end it said it didn't need my submission so it wasted my time. When I get an email to do a survey it doesn't have an opt out link. I went to their website to opt out got an email confirming that I was opting out and continue to get annoying "lets get started" emails.

Been a member for several years. Recently been told I had account violations and had my account suspended. No explanation provided.
Their customer service probably the worst. Poor response to any question. Often their survey would automatically and “conveniently “lose connection“ and I would not be able to complete answers, then there are times when survey had been completed and no points assigned.
No one to call to address any of theses concerns.
Also have never been told what account violations were committed. They seem to only accept very liberal and progressive answers, obviously discriminatory towards conservatives.
Everyone that works there always gives the usual canned response, no independent thinking occurs.
They feel superior since they are the ones giving out points.
Would not recommend anyone joining this site.
It is worthless, poorly organized and badly run
Wish I could give zero stars.

When I first started using opinion miles it was great! I did as many surveys as I could and was collecting quite a few points.
I thought this is great!. After a few weeks, I stopped receiving surveys and could not figure out why. I finally got in touch with someone and to my shock was told I was not answering truthfully and I was banned for life! what a shock! To this day I have no idea what I did wrong. I took the surveys very seriously and tried to be as honest as possible. Banned for life, really?

I have been a member of this "Free" American Airlines miles survey site for quite some time - enjoyed getting the odd 20-200 miles for 10-15 minutes of my time. However for I cannot even remember how long EVERY survey I take I spend 5 minutes or more answering their "qualifying" questions, only to be told that Sorry, my profile doesn't fit their clients profile (I've even tried selecting EVERY POSSIBLE CATEGORY a couple of times), or that they already have received all of the input they require - why on earth then do they take you through answering 8-10 screens of "survey" questions to say the full number of participants have been reached. This site appears to now be getting people to take pre-survey qualifying survey's then dumping out of the award groups. I am now unsubscribing from this sham service and will be notifying American Airlines of the shoddy representation the Opinion Miles Club does in the name of their company.

Like the other reviews say, it is merely a data mining operation. My suspicions are that the positive reviews are fakes. I have been strung along for hours, providing all sorts of information only to be told that the survey isn't right for me and to move to another one, wash, rinse, repeat. I've even been asked to download and install software onto my computer in order to observe my viewing habits. NO WAY! Opinion Miles Club is not a legitimate operation, and by signing up, you put yourself at risk for all sorts of problems.
