I've been collaborating with Opinionsite for years with no problem, very satisfied until last January. Since then I'm unable to login in my profile because it seems blocked.
I sent emails and tickets numbers were issued and receive no answer at all. I still have incentives in my account which I can't access. It's a very disturbing situation.

60 minute Macular Degeneration Interview (QS PJ-xxx-02) $265.
I had the above interview scheduled on Monday 10/30/2023, but the interviewer failed to sign in on time due to an issue with Zoom. I was offered and successfully completed the interview on Thursday 11/2/2023. Andres C. R. from OpinionSite verified by email to me on 10/30/2023 that I would be compensated for my time on 10/30/2023 and for the rescheduled interview (successfully completed on 11/2/2023). My Opinionsite account was credited for $265 on 11/14/2023. I communicated by email to Andres C. R. on 11/13/2023 and by phone on 11/16/2023 asking when the full amount ($265 x 2 = $530) would be credited to my OpinionSite account. I opened a help ticket with Opinionsite on 11/18/2023 and tried emailing/calling Andres again, and weeks later have heard from no one.

I completed a 1 hr survey and a pre-work study was told my compensation was to be $260 CAD I completed the study and waited, no pay, contacted the person who emailed me and was told that the payment is issued after the study completes and to wait a week, waited a week no payment, contacted again and was told it had already been sent, checked my account no payment, contacted again and was told I was being handed off to customer support, haven't heard from them in several days. This site seems to have problems paying out after you do their studies do not recommend...

I took a 1 hour survey. Now a month later I still haven't been paid. They won't respond to email, calls, or voicemail. Dishonest

Addendum

After many emails and I'm unanswered voicemails they sent me $60. They owed me 175. After more emails they paid the remainder. The participant shouldn't have to ask repeatedly for payment.

I have been a member of opinion site for years but one thing that seems to never change is the fact that I ALWAYS have to reach out to them to ask where my payment is. I requested to transfer my credits to PayPal on 9/17 and still have not received it. The first email I sent was to Pat Stuart and was told they were “behind” sending out payments (big surprise 🙄) So after I didn’t hear back from her for over a week I escalated it to Mr. Freeman (COO) and was told he would get me an ETA. After several days without response I emailed him again and was told “accounting staff have been out”. I wouldn’t advise using this company unless you don’t mind waiting and constantly having to ask where your payment is. Also if you take a pre qualifying survey for a phone interview and qualify based on that please know that even though you choose a time for contact you never hear from anyone.
