New Member Cash Bonus

Join and immediately get a sign up bonus deposited into your account. Joining is easy and free and can be done using your e-mail address, or by connecting your Google or Facebook account. New member cash bonus amounts vary per country, but for USA and Canada, it is $1.00. An activation code is not required in order to receive the $1.00 sign up bonus - once you fully register, you will see the amount instantly credited to your account.

How PaidViewpoint Determines How Much You'll Earn Per Survey

Every survey gets a fixed portion of the sale price allocated to the respondents who answer the questions. That pot of money is divided up between the respondents, based on their TraitScore. Adjustments are made to level the playing field so that newer members of PaidViewpoint are treated equally well as compared to longstanding members. The respondent pool is divided into groups and the higher-level groups get paid more for each survey answer.

Payment Options

PaidViewpoint offers online surveys in exchange for cash and gift cards. All cash-out payments are made through Paypal or their partner, Virtual Incentives.

  • Receive your first payment with a $15.00 USD balance in your account. Your second rewards redemption can be made with $10 in your account, and all subsequent redemptions can then be made with just $5 worth of earnings in your account if your account is in good standing
  • Receive your reward within 72 hours of request
  • Reward options include PayPal payments (all countries), or e-gift cards to Amazon, Walmart, etc. (for members in the USA and Canada)
  • If you are located outside the USA, you will be paid to your PayPal account, or issued an e-gift card in US dollars

How to Get More Surveys

Getting Notified for New Surveys

Paidviewpoint does not typically send an e-mail notification to members when a new survey becomes available. Instead, surveys are posted to user dashboards. Upon logging in, you may see a message in the top right corner that says, "1 survey is waiting". PaidViewpoint recommends logging into your account regularly to be able to take these higher paying surveys, versus waiting for an e-mail invitation.

One way to easily check for new surveys is to keep a tab open on your web browser that has the Paidviewpoint website loaded. When you see a red dot on the tab icon that looks like this: new survey a new survey is available in your account! If a study is ultimately difficult to fill, Paidviewpoint may then opt to notify members when these full surveys (research surveys) are available and require more responses.

Member's Tip! Don't wait for PaidViewpoint to e-mail you surveys. Log in to your account regularly to find full surveys (non-trait surveys) posted there first.

Survey Lengths

Survey lengths vary, but are typically between 5-6 minutes. All surveys have limits placed on the number of characters in a question (120-240) and in survey answers (90-120) to give a Twitter-like feel. The number of answer choices is limited. Long, classic, complex, matrix-type questions are forbidden and the number of open-ended questions (where you have to type in answers) is limited. The maximum number of questions in a survey is limited on average, to around just 10 questions long.

Daily Surveys

You can wait until new surveys are posted to your dashboard, but you can also take "Trait Surveys" and earn between $0.03 and $0.10, on most days. These Trait Surveys not only serve to increase your earnings slowly, but also helps increase your TraitScore. Note that receiving trait surveys regularly may depend on your region.

App Available

If you prefer to take surveys on your phone, and like having direct access to your surveys account, you may consider downloading the PaidViewpoint app. You can complete surveys directly from the app, check your account balance and cash out your earnings when ready. The Paidviewpoint app is available on Android only via Google Play.

Is PaidViewpoint Legit or Scam?

It's barely appropriate to even question whether Paidviewpoint is legit or a scam. PaidViewpoint is operated by AYTM (Ask Your Target Market) - a legitimate and well-regarded market research company with millions of members worldwide. They offer legitimate surveys to their respondents and pay them on time. Although some users may have varying levels of success with the program (international users may find it difficult to find full paying surveys; surveys that are not the $0.03 'trait surveys'), it doesn't mean that the panel itself is illegitimate, never mind a 'scam'.

Community Features

paidviewpoint referral program

Increase Your TraitScore and Earn More

PaidViewpoint's patent-pending TraitScore system was invented to assess the candor and consistency of survey respondents and to incentivize these characteristics. The higher your TraitScore, the more you can earn per survey. A high TraitScore allows you to receive the maximum number of surveys per month. Achieve a TraitScore of 9000, and become part of the top 10% of members. This means you'll earn even more for each research survey!

Referral Program

PaidViewpoint offers a generous referral program where you will earn 20% of what your referrals earn for taking research surveys.. In other words, earn 20% from your referrals when they take surveys other than "Traits Surveys". You can have an unlimited number of referrals and can earn up to a lifetime maximum of $25 per referral. If you can refer friends from the USA in particular, you will likely find you can earn more.

For members who can generate large numbers of referrals, PaidViewpoint offers a VIP Community Builder Club. The benefit of the Club is that you'll be credited with 20% of a referred user's earnings immediately after they complete a survey, without having to wait to be credited until a referral actually cashes out their earnings. To get this privilege, you must have 100+ ACTIVE friends/referrals. Active means your referrals have been a member for more than 30 days and must be visiting the site and completing surveys on a regular basis.

Eligibility: Worldwide, 13+ (16+ in the EU).

Not Worth the Time

November 30, 2016 by Melissa from United States

The surveys are simple, short and easy, yes...but they promise you higher pay once you "finally" make it to 9000 on the Traitscore. After a year and a half of doing every survey they would send me (about 3 a week at best, slowing down as I neared the payout point) I reached the pinnacle of the 10000 Traitscore only to find that I don't get paid any more for surveys than I did previously. 10 cents a survey, no matter the length or Traitscore. Very disappointing. My advice, don't waste your time on this one. Nice looking short surveys, but in the year and a half I've been working this I've earned $12 and don't see that happening again anytime soon. Maybe in another year I'll have another $12. What a waste..

Hello Melissa,

We understand your frustration. We hope you will write to us at [email protected] There may be a very involved answer as to why you do not get the business market research surveys or there could be a simple error in your account or demographics.

We hope to hear from you,

where are the surveys??????

Hi again, Danielle,

Please write to me directly at [email protected] There is always a possibility that your emails are going to our SPAM folders. We check our spam folders frequently. We noticed Yahoo and Outlook mail gets flagged often by our email server as SPAM.

I'll await your email to my company email (and I will check my SPAM folder in the next coming days).

Hi Danielle,

We hope you are well. Before we can send you our clients' surveys, we need to learn a little bit about you. The learning tool we use is called "Trait Surveys". These Trait Surveys are paid at a lower rate (probably the .10 cents you are speaking of), but we do pay you for every answer you give. Once we learn more about you, we can categorize you into a demographic for our clients to choose from. Some of our clients are very specific, that's why we ask a lot of Trait questions. Once you are 'categorized' (for lack of a better word), you will start to be invited to the better-paying Market Research surveys. Remember, try to be as consistent as you can when answering these Trait questions. We realize events in your life change, so we allow changes in answers. I hope this explanation helps. If you would like me to examine your account for glitches (yes, sometimes glitches occur), please write me directly at [email protected]
Incomplete Registration

August 26, 2016 by Sharon from United States

Tried to join, went through the whole process....but on the last screen, it asks for cell phone or other phone, yet I'm not able to enter anything. There is a symbol that something is loading, but it just keeps going around and around and never stops. I tried reloading and got the same result.

An omen that I shouldn't join?

Update: Supposedly, I am already registered as I tried to join today. I have NEVER received a survey from this company, thus my reason for trying to sign up again.

Hi Sharon,

It's definitely NOT an Omen. Please write to us at [email protected] It could be an array of issues: network error, wifi problem, browser incompatibility issue, cookies/cache. It's always best to log completely out of any site that you are having difficulties with, close your browser, clear cookies, and restart your computer. Sometimes our computers get stuck in a 'continuous virtual loop' that we just can't understand. Hope this helps, Stacy
Where did the surveys go!

August 7, 2016 by Charlene from United States

Been a member since 02/14 and was receiving surveys every month. Then 12/14 comes around, only 3 cents shy of getting paid, and guess what, haven't had a survey since then. I wonder why, do you!

Lot of effort. No reward.

I spent a lot of time filling in their surveys. As I got closer to getting a pay out they stopped sending surveys. The ones they had sent me, to often said I had given different answers to the same question. I know I would not do that on purpose and started recording all questions and answers. I soon realised that the questions they claimed I gave different answers to, were in fact different questions. Their poorly worded questions were imprecise and open to a lot of interpretation. It was no surprise that I gave different answers. I wrote to them about this and got an answer that was as imprecise as their questions.
