After doing surveys for the last 6 years or so, I can say Panel Champ (Quest Mindshare / CINT) is the second worst survey panel I've ever joined.

The worst was Survey Head, which I hope are no longer in business. However, even they allowed me to collect what I had earned before I left, and, in addition, I knew why they closed my account. (I took the same mobile survey twice which disqualified me from their panel.)

I originally joined this panel through another panel because it offered "High Payout" surveys but in all my time there, I never qualified for one.

I wrote to Panel Champ about my suspension and they sent me a list of about 40 convenient, Draconian rules, none of which I believe I violated. My best guess is that I entered in my personal e-mail in order to resume a survey at a later time, which perhaps they took as opening a second account. There's no way of knowing as they won't respond to my inquiry.

Besides that, the survey finder page frequently won't load correctly and after a survey is done it sometimes won't redirect to the completion page which means I didn't get paid for several surveys. Many of the survey invite links break and disqualify you from doing a survey until they send another invite, which is a few times per month. A lot of the surveys were also not relevant to me.

The payout is decent, however, and I did make some money before they closed my account. If you have already joined, I recommend to collect what you have earned at the first available chance and then find a better panel.

Email them , 2 weeks ago, told me to check email, no payment, yes i was email to respond for survey which i completed and was suppose to receive a 15 tango card, emailed Livi G. at least twice.

Okay, to be fair, I got 2 payouts from them, each taking longer than the last. Now, I'm stuck at 6 days pending on 1-4 day payout. I got that nervous feeling we survey takers get when we think we're about to get screwed and I wasn't wrong. I don't mind a couple of extra days. However, when customer svc hits me up asking for info and screenshots and doesn't even read the message-I just don't have a good feeling about it. Nothing has been done and I'm not sure there will be.

UPDATE: After bugging them, they issues a payment. It was supposed to be 12.50 but they paid 12.25. It wasn't because of fees because they don't assess those as they are factored into the cashout levels. I deleted the apps because I've read some terrible things for others and mine seems to be going a bit downhill.

Completed 4 hour survey almost a month ago and no incentive in sight. Reached out multiple times and gotten no reply! BEWARE!!!
