If you want to waste your time

April 25, 2017 by Alex from United States

Surveys that take forever that you ultimately do not qualify for, that give you error messages, that include hundreds of questions and at the end of it all - nothing to show for it! Then, when I cancelled my account - they offered another survey, ha! Took me for a sucker - until I cancelled.

Not good anymore

June 28, 2020 by Deanne from United States

I am a LONG time member of Points for Surveys... I hung with them after they made a big change to their program. I enjoyed taking their surveys - Got a lot of Jet Blue points over the years. BUT something is going on there. Now, when you do surveys, a LOT of times you will complete a LOT of screens and give a LOT of data to the marketing firms and then you will get tossed out of the survey as "not qualified" even though you gave them EVERYTHING - this is CHEATING! I complained about this to POS customer relations and all I got was garbage answers & finally a supervisor responded who also never really answered the core question, but threw me some "bonus points" for the inconvenience. That same day, I noticed I no longer was receiving any of the "Special Member" high bonus invitations to surveys, so I think they have now retaliated against me for questioning the status quo. Meanwhile, I keep getting throw out of surveys at the end. I am SAD as this has been part of my life for several years, but I guess I will have to leave, as they obviously do not value my input or appreciate questions about how they run their program.

Stolen points

November 6, 2016 by Stan from United States

My account was hacked about 3 weeks ago and two gift cards were ordered with my points. I have sent 4 requests to customer service to ask how this happened and all I get is 'your request has been updated". I just want someone to tell me that I will get my points back or I won't and this is the reason. Customer service is non existent...

i have recently retired so i have a lot of time to do surveys.this, formerly good site, sent me an invitation to take a survey so i responded. after taking the first survey, i was invited to take many more surveys so i did. i actually tried to qualify for ten of them. for each survey i started, i was told that if i did not qualify, i would receive 10 points. later , when i looked at my account, i had not received received the 10 points for the last 5 of them---so i contacted customer service who, after the fact told me that they only paid for 5 surveys per day maximum---look at the site ---it does not say that anywhere---what is even worse is that these people are refusing to pay me pennies---i have time,so i followed up with several responses to customer service---they stuck to their guns and did not give me those points. now, since i am vindictive, i will be contacting the jetblue marketing department to tell them my story. unlike ssi, jetblue does not try to anger their customers.
