This company is a rip off. My chat froze, and I was just directed to a generic FAQ page with an article that was over a year old talking about they knew about the issue and were going to fix it. Now I can't get anything to work yet again after their early March update, so I attempted to contact them on Facebook Messenger. That is just run by a bot who tells you to email someone at [email protected] . That email was rejected, because that is a fictitious email address. There is no phone number or any other way to get ahold of this company, so they are obviously hiding. I would stay far, far away from this company.

I cashed out on pollpass for the second time over a week ago but have not received my payment so I decided to email them only to receive a message from gmail say the email address doesn't exist so I kept trying for 2 days still same failed message not good sign

I worked so hard to answer all of these questions to get rejected for god knows why. I decided to sign up and answered up to 5000 points to get 5 dollars. i decided to cash out and guess what..? i got rejected! I don't even know why. All that time and energy wasted is now down the drain just like that without telling me what i violated in their terms of rules of their so called policies
