Too many points needed for redemeption

December 5, 2019 by Scott from United States

To get your first rewards takes some time but you can do it in a reasonable amount of time. After that you need to get an additional 4000 points but each survey is only worth about 70 pts each and most of the time you do not qualify. I would look elsewhere for a survey.

Tired

December 1, 2019 by Marie from United States

I decided to write this review because I haven't been on PR for awhile. What I noticed is I went from a really good score of 120 to 100 which is still okay but I was left scratching my head as to why my score was lowered. So I finally qualified for a survey and was flagged for the first time since doing surveys. I've always been good about reading instructions even when it's the same questions over and over to see if you qualify for a survey. What I'm tired of is the little bitty dots that you're supposed to click in and make sure they're in the right column or you can easily put it in the wrong spot. Anyway I digress the last question I was asked was 'why I wouldn't use an inner city bus', so I wrote: because of all the stops. I was flagged... what I found weird was after I was flagged they asked me to sign up with their company. It seems like I haven't had much luck with PR after the first two payouts, after awhile it starts to go down hill... I do believe that for some people this GPT site works that's why I'm giving them 2 1/2 stars.. Survey you later.

quality score issues

October 6, 2018 by Tiffany from Canada

The payouts are good and there are many surveys to choose from however, I cannot give them more than a passing grade because of the quality scores on the your survey page being erroneous. You can try a survey answer no questions at all because the page is just buffering and get a -5 score which has happened to me several times. If they fixed this issue they'd get a perfect score so it's unfortunate.

Upset

February 7, 2018 by janice from United States

So this is the first one I took and I spent a good 20 minutes taking different surveys. I was a little over half way done and it stopped telling me it had been disqualified by the owner? So I am not sure what happened but very disappointed.

Please note that surveys are looking for people of different ages, races, income levels etc. Unfortunately, you did not qualify for the particular survey and you were disqualified.
Problem crediting

January 12, 2018 by Ricky from United States

They're okay they have plenty of surveys but I have had a terrible problem getting credited for offers and for surveys some surveys will tell you at the end it's met its quota after you already completed it I have contacted support and they seem to not really care just a generic answer have never been credited for anything I've had a problem with.

Thank you for your feedback, we strive to constantly improve based on what we hear from our members. In your particular case, you were disqualified towards the end of the survey because the "quota was full". That means the survey partner is no longer looking for users in your area, profession or demographic etc. In that case you were disqualified and it did not count as a survey complete.
