PayPal Cash

I apologize that we unfortunately did not meet your expectations. Depending on your location and demographic, the payouts of surveys offered may be higher or lower compared to other members. Many of our members earn 500 points or more in thirty minutes to one hour of survey taking. While we disagree with your comparison to slavery and recycling bottles, we sincerely appreciate your overall feedback.
Seriously, Be Aware Of Prizerebel

March 15, 2019 by Brad from Australia

Have been doing Prizerebel surveys for a year and they have been getting steadily worse.
It is now at a stage where one in three surveys are often just not paid.

I recently decided to do a month long survey of the survey site:
Surveys applied for: 116
Surveys successfully completed: 35
Surveys paid for: 24

Save yourself frustration, upset and a reduced sense of self worth.
Do not use these people.

I apologize for your experience and we appreciate your feedback. Over the last year, we have seen a high amount of survey-inventory and higher survey completions by each user. We have not seen any issues of non crediting surveys amongst our users except in rare instances of survey technical issues from our partners. Feel free to contact our support team if you are seeing issues of noncredit within your account.
Be wary

December 29, 2018 by Man from United Kingdom

Only been with PrizeRebel for a short period and things were OK. Payment is quick and plenty of surveys, albeit many rejections (contrary to their claims of having the least rejections of any survey site).

Recently, I noticed a trend of completed surveys being rejected and emailed them to ask them what the reasoning behind this. They didn't read my email properly and gave me a reply which was not relevant to my query. I complained again but they didn't reply. I had 3 more surveys which I had completed but was rejected after completion and I decided I had to investigate myself to find out if this was deliberate. As I am a software developer, I was able to use the Google Chrome debugging tools to track and log the messages and events that were being sent. My suspicions were confirmed and they were deliberately rejecting my surveys,. I suspect they would pocket the payments themselves but I don't have evidence of this (yet). I subsequently sent them another email requesting that they provide evidence that my answers to surveys that were deliberately being rejected, were destroyed. The reason being that this is a potential breach of GPDR regulations. They replied by telling me they have deleted all my account data and closed my account. Again, that was NOT what I requested. Whether they are really stupid or they were playing dumb as a reason to close my account, I don't know.

I can see most people here have had decent experiences, and mine was fine until something went wrong and PrizeRebel started to act in a rather obnoxious manner. Anybody who is considering membership of PrizeRebel should take into consideration that when there is an issue, this company will act in an arrogantly disdainful manner!

EDIT:
Some additional information following the reply from PrizeRebel. The act of rejecting my survey answers AFTER completing the surveys is DELIBERATE. Whether this was PrizeRebel's doing or their client's doing (or even both) is still to be researched. The proof is in how the web messages were sent and I still have logs of the JS client/server interaction.

PrizeRebel say they closed my account due to breach of service, to which I asked what the breach was. Unsurprisingly, they failed to give me a reply, so Prizerebel, please enlighten me here what the breach was.

PrizeRebel failed to follow my instructions when I asked for proof of deletion of data that had supplied to surveys that were deliberately rejected. Their reply was "your account information was removed per GDPR requirements." PrizeRebel, please read instructions correctly! Look back at the emails and you will see that I was not requesting deletion of my account data.

I stress again that PrizeRebel are obnoxious and an arrogant company to deal with. PrizeRebel, if you have further comments to make, I have some more ammo of my own to publish on here!

And one more thing, PrizeRebel, BBB have given me some links to take my complaints further. My data is important and you continue to ignore my messages requesting for proof that my data from unfairly rejected surveys have been deleted. I give you one more week before I make my complaint to the ICO.

The allegation that PrizeRebel would deliberately "reject" your survey completions is baseless and false. As we have explained to you via support tickets we do not make decisions on survey disqualifications nor do we host the actual survey. Survey disqualifications decisions are made by the specific survey client or researcher. We are simply a platform that connects the survey taker with available surveys. If we are not paid for a survey complete when the answers are rejected or if you are disqualified then we would not credit your account with the corresponding points. Your account was closed for breach of terms of services and your account information was removed per GDPR requirements.
Are Their Paid Reviewers On Here? This Has To Be A Joke

September 21, 2018 by Corey from United States

I don't know how anyone claiming they make money from here actually makes money. Let's start from the top

First, the get paid to watch program requires you to refresh the page every few hours and even if you let it run for 24 hours (it has to be a top browser window), you'll make maybe 80 cents for the entire day.

Next are the offers. You simply sign up to a website and get paid, or do you? You sign up to the site it tells you to sign up on, then another survey site opens you have to go through this endless cycle of hoops, complete a bunch of surveys, confirm your email and the offers never pay you. The only offers that are ever paid me were the ones that pay 1 to 2 cents and take 30 minutes to give you credit.

Finally, there are the surveys. I can only assume people leaving them 5 stars are paid reviews. You will get disqualified from nearly every single survey and the thing is, you don't get disqualified from the beginning, it waits a nice 20 minutes until you're halfway done to disqualify you. Extremely frustrating. You have to answer the same questions over and over like your basic demographic information. Why do these surveys not already have this information like Prolific Academy does?

If you're making money on this site, please let us know your secret because actual people who use this site can barely squander up enough to get cashed out. The only positive thing about PR is that they actually do pay you what you're owed.

Hi Corey

Unfortunately, your experience is unusual and is not representative of the experience of our active users. There is a slight learning curve to offers and surveys that may be frustrating to new users. I apologize that we did not have more surveys and offers for your area and we do appreciate your feedback as we work on improving our product and user experience.

Regarding the points you raised.

Videos - Videos are not meant to be a high earning activity, most of our users use this as a supplement to their earnings from offers and surveys.

Offers - There are many reasons why offers may not credit, some of which are the usage of invalid information or that you have previously completed an offer from the same advertiser on our website or another website. We have offers that pay anywhere from 1 cent to $10+ and they all credit for our users on a daily basis.

Surveys - Surveys can disqualify you for various reasons. It could be that you work in a non-qualifying industry or your demographic is not what the survey researcher is looking for. We have no control over qualifications and the timing of disqualifications as it is ultimately determined by the individual survey researcher. While we do not agree with late-stage disqualifications, this is a problem you will encounter on most survey websites and is not within our control.

We offer full transparency on users that are being credited for surveys and offers and that is updated live on our website. There are many users that have been with us for years and are earning hundreds of dollars a month.
Doesn't Payout

September 13, 2018 by Nigel from United States

Tap Research did not credit me three times in a single week when I finished completing its surveys. Last week, it was a survey for 32 points and even I completed it, I never received any points. It happened again today for a survey worth 16 points. Customer service is argumentative and refuses to reward me my points.

PrizeRebel responded to this review on September 15, 2018

Our support team has already responded to your ticket and was in no way argumentative. We informed you that Tapresearch may delay crediting if survey answers need to be manually reviewed. After reviewing your account, our support team informed you that some of the delayed points have indeed been credited to your account.
