No Points - Get Rewarded In Cash
Pureprofile does not have a points system - your account balance will be shown in dollars. Get paid by PayPal with $25 and up to $50 in your account, or choose from other rewards options such as a bank transfer or movie tickets (if you live in Australia). In the UK, you can also choose to receive a GiftPay digital gift card.
A Pureprofile Rewards Card (for Australia residents only) needs just a $20 minimum balance to be redeemed. The total value of your redemption cannot exceed more than $50 within a 60-day period. Allow for 30 days (not including weekend and holidays) for your redemption to be processed.

After doing many surveys I have requested a redemption of money from my account to be paid in December 2016, and was told it would be paid 15 January 2017.
I did not receive payment apparently due to account problem and they could not process the payment to my account BUT the accounts department did not email me to advise me of this problem.
Since I have complained I have be told I will have to wait another two weeks?? to receive my payment because this is the next run of payment.
I have waited from December 2016 and it is now March 2017 3 months later still no payment after a number of emails they refuse to pay the amount due to my account and deliberately delayed the payment originally.
Not happy and have let them know.
Some Surveys that say they will take a few minutes take a lot longer than the time shown and I still continued to do these...Not fair.....:-(

I have been with this mob for well over a year. They have of late started ripping me off badly with survey payments. I am fed up with completing surveys that take well over the estimated time period and then you don't get paid. Even when you complain to them they say they will reply within 2 business days, they do not and will not even do that. This crowd should be looked into because all they do is exploit the people trying to get buy. They are a multi million dollar company, but are still not happy with their cut and rip their customers off. I am fed up with spending hours on surveys for not a great deal in rewards only to be robbed from this mob of scum bags. Please complain when this mob rips you off and make it a little easier for the next person that wants to be treated fairly.

I Have Been A Member A Couple Years Opportunities To Earn Are Rare And Now After They Revamped The Site I Have Earned Money Twice. Average Seems To Be One Redemption A Year. Not Worth The All The Time Spent On The Site.

I redeemed my cash over a month ago to be transferred into my bank account and still have not received anything. Emailed 3 times and despite promises to receive a reply after 72 hours and still yet to receive a thing! So disappointed especially after investing so much time in the site. Definitely do not recommend.

Got to payout a couple of weeks ago and was advised that BACS would be 6 weeks.Today I tried to log in and was advised my account is closed. Went on their facebook page and lots of people getting the same message. This company must be having severe cash flow problems. I advise people to cash out and get out before this company collapses.
