They have let me down in a big way

If you had asked me a week ago I would have given them a five-star rating. I got lots of surveys. I was a big proponent of their app. About 4 days ago while trying to redeem $10 for my Amazon code I was told to try back later. I also was not receiving new surveys.
Their reasoning was vague. I have asked them for specifics which I very much doubt that I would get. I told them I was going to report them to the Better Business Bureau and that it was also illegal for them to withhold things that I've already earned. Unfortunately, this is not unusual for them as I have discovered on a Facebook group specifically about them. It's happening to a lot of people. My advice is do not sign up with them. Business has happened to you Don't take it lying down report them on here, to the better business bureau to your state attorney general's office if they owe you money or a gift card I guess. contact their corporate as well as their parent company.

No fair trial

I used quick thoughts for around 6 months. I have been doing surveys for over 2 years. I loved doing their surveys. Then one day I couldn't get in my account. I emailed them and they told me I was not being honest on surveys. I couldn't believe that. I mean I have never been accused of that on any survey sites. I tried to to defend myself but they would not let me prove a thing. Anyway I don't think much of them anymore. They lost a good and honest survey taker.

Falsely banned

I have been a faithful user and supporter of QuickThoughts for a while. Until recently that is. I haven't gotten a survey in a while and contacted them on why they. They gave me this message: "Thank you for waiting, Richard!

Unfortunately, the accuracy and attentiveness of your account activity has been flagged, and upon review of your account, we have been forced to suspend your account.

As a member of our program you may only have one account, provide accurate profile information and survey responses. You must also be thoughtful and attentive in responding to our surveys. When we have concerns about any of these program rules we are obligated to take steps to investigate and unfortunately suspend accounts.

We do not take account suspension lightly and do so only when account issues have been identified. At this time your account has been indefinitely suspended and you will no longer be able to participate in surveys or claim rewards from our website.

Thank you."

This is bull. I only have one account and my information was accurate. The only information that has changed is that my house size went from 4 to 3 because my mother died. It's a shame. I was one of their biggest supporters until now.

Quality is gone

I have tried to take 4 surveys and I keep getting a ridiculously stupid and untrue error. It says I cannot take the survey because, I or someone on my phone already took it, my “country” is not match to my current location, or someone is using this device irregularly, whatever that means. FIY, I am in my country of the USA, and have never left, only I have access to my phone or my account on this app, and I have not taken these surveys before because they would no longer be on my account. What is going on with this site, app, business these days?!? I have redeemed two times with no history, and been told the surveys don’t fit when I haven’t even answered a question yet.

Banned without logical explanation.

I’ve done surveys on this platform for several years. Many failed surveys and completed surveys with no compensation. Impossible to get assistance. Unfair payout system I myself received only one dollar surveys but others that use the same service get two dollar payouts always. If you continue with this platform make sure you cash out as soon as you hit $10, many folks lost earned rewards. I was banned recently and I don’t know why, I always answered honestly and have only one account, received the canned response below:
