Redemptions

May 13, 2019 by Matthew from United States

Good site easy to qualify and bank $ the only issue I am having is when I attempted to redeem the only offer is ITUNES which I have no use for. How do you get to the Amazon option?

No point in contacting them if you have a problem

*** ANOTHER UPDATE ***
Okay, so days and days later... I was finally contacted and was told that they we're experiencing issues with some accounts and I'd be able to get back in within 48 hrs. I was FINALLY able to get back in, redeem my GC, and complete surveys again. I'm quite happy with the outcome. They have an amazing payout rate and the surveys are easy. So that's why I was so distraught. I felt like they had done me wrong lol. I just wish someone would have contacted me sooner to acknowledge that my message had been received.
All in all... I'm happy.

*** ANOTHER UPDATE ***

So, I literally just got my account back. I had the $7 I had before the block. Cool, right? Nope. I do 3 surveys, then I go to cash out, an magically I am locked out again!!!!!

*** this is an update ***
I finally heard from someone and they have reactivated my account with the balance I last had.
I give 4 stars because the helpdesk (or w/e) took forever to even respond.
I'm glad they have helped make this right.

I have been using Quickthoughts since about February of this year. I have made well over $100 bux. All was well, then one day... I'm locked out of my account. I have sent NUMEROUS e-mails trying to get this issue resolved. Not even 1 reply. I use multiple survey sites and have recently encountered a problem with my location constantly changing. I do not have a VPN or Proxy as some providers have suggested in troubleshooting my accounts on other sites. I am homeless, and I rotate to 3 different places to stay. All of these locations are in the same county, but all are in different zip codes. I suspect that each place I go is pinging off of a different town that is nearby instead of the one I am in. I've had this happen before, and have noticed it on my Amazon account and on various weather apps (including Google). So not only do I go to different towns at least once a week, but my location is pinging off of another town occasionally. I have resolved these issues with other survey sites, and we worked it out. But Quickthoughts won't even send me an email back! It's been over a week and I have emailed once a day. I ALWAYS have provided my best, accurate answers. Since I make very little working, the extra money is nice. That way I can treat my friends and families to an Amazon GC from time to time to show my appreciation for helping me through this rough time. I have used the money mainly on clothes, so I have something decent to wear to work. So this extra money helped tremendously. I even referred SEVERAL people to join Quickthoughts, and now I'm being ignored?
I've seen many people bring up complaints about Quickthoughts and I've always defended them. This was because they had treated me well and responded quite promptly to my past concerns. Now, I'm just disappointed. They have completely ignored me this time. You'd think they would handle complaints better, so they wouldn't get all these negative reviews.
But what do I know.

Much Better!

EDIT AS OF 6/3/17

After finding out what was causing the error, and the app getting an update, it works so much smoother now! I get a least one survey a day, and I've already cashed out once in only a few weeks. Only downside is that it's usually only one or two surveys a day, but it's okay with me.

(Also, the error kept happening because the app freaks out if you stop in the middle of a survey and then come back to finish it hours later.)

The quickest way to get $ on surveys

The quickest way to get $ on surveys. Lots of surveys adds up quick.

great pay, bit buggy

December 11, 2016 by Adam from United States

This is the mobile app version of Opinion Outpost, and you can tell. The funny thing is the number of surveys that clearly were meant for OO and weren't, thus, actually designed to be used on a mobile device, but while perhaps QT could spend a little more time vetting surveys that get sent through it, it isn't actually their *fault* that some surveys are a royal pain to take on a mobile device.

What is their fault, though, is the number of times I've been sent a notification that a survey is ready, I click the notification, and the app just spins "loading" forever. What's also their fault is I've discovered, if you rotate your phone while you have a survey open in this app, there's a good chance the app will get permanently confused and boot you from the survey, so that's super fun.

For all its faults, though, I will say one thing: it pays respectably. Guaranteed $2 for every survey you successfully complete, isn't *amazing*, but it's better than most, given the average length of a survey (same as the average length on OO, which generally doesn't pay as well). They also pay 10 cents every time you get disqualified, though sadly that's only after the survey starts, and about half the time I get DQ'd by QT itself, which doesn't count. Still not bad pay though.

Rewards are sent as Amazon gift cards every 10 dollars, paid immediately upon request without fail.
