Fun to take quizzes and that's it!

September 19, 2012 by Nischelle from United States

I have never really taken any surveys for this company. I didn't know you could. Every since I've been a member (8 months or so) I've only participated in the tv trivia games. I've never been sent an invite to do surveys.

It's fun to do the trivia, but that's pretty much it. There are no cash incentives, other than a daily and weekly sweepstake that I'm sure no one every wins.

The site seems legit, but it's something to do for fun and not bank as a second or supplementary income.

Fun Trivia Site

I love reward tv. I've been a member for 1.5 years. I've usually try to save up my points but so far I have won a $25 Old Navy giftcard, $5 Applebees giftcard and last month I won a 12 month subscription to Cosmopolitan. I loved the site before I won anything and of course I love it even more after winning. You don't need a fast internet connection to win either. I have one of the slowest computers and was still able to win.

Over and Out

August 3, 2012 by LNatasha from United States

I've been a memember of this site for about 6 months, and have truly come to realize that it is a waste of time. #1 The surveys are the same surveys over and over, I think there are maybe 20 total.

#2 In order to use your points in the auctions, you have to have like at least 10 million to get something half decent and I mean half. I've been doing this for 6 months and have less than 2 million points and I watch a lot of TV for the quizzes.

#3 The shopping sprees are slightly OK, but it's a fight to get a prize. I have fast internet, and I cannot get one. The site itself is slow during spree time or shortly before. My friend has the fastest internet ever and she can't even get on to win around the spree time.

Pretty sad, wasting your time for nothing.

too unfair

If you have thousands if not millions of users on a rewards site then you should not have a limited amount of prizes, that's the problem with Rewardtv sure getting points is easy, the hard part is getting the prize first off no other reward site makes you bid or wait to claim your prize and it should not matter what time zone you are in once you get enough points you should be able to claim a prize and there should be enough to go around prizes run out in five seconds which is stupid. I conclusion Rewardtv is a horrible site and I will stick to Crowdtap where they at least listen to their members and are making changes

Not for cash but for fun!

I do Reward TV surveys for fun and also because I want to support my favorite TV shows, especially those in jeopardy of being cancelled.

From what I've been told, information garnered from Reward TV is used to determine the effectiveness of advertising from sponsors of TV shows. If advertising is deemed effective, it can help a show get renewed. If advertising is deemed not effective, it can be the final nail in the coffin of getting a show cancelled.

I've been a member for several years and while I've never cashed in my points in the "shopping sprees", I have won a set of 10 movie tickets. I would recommend this panel if and only IF you LOVE watching TV.
