With Smart Panel App, you can help your favorite web sites, apps, tech companies, and mobile carriers give you better services and more features. With Smart App, you’ll need to apply to become a member. To apply you’ll answer a short survey about your personal details and your tech habits, including how often you use your smartphone.

I downloaded the app onto my computer. Had no issues after the download, shut down my computer for the night, logged back in hours later, and couldn't access the internet.

In order to get your first payment you have to leave it on for 2 weeks, but there's no point if you can't access looking at your mail or any websites. Took the program off and my computer is back to normal and works fine now.

I signed up for my phone also, but it didn't even set up right.

There's no reason to put this on your computer or phone because it will just block your programs.

It says you won't notice it's there but.... browsing has become painfully slow on my iPad. My iPhone cannot use a few apps anymore, they say network unavailable. I tried to uninstall the app but the VPN is still installed and on. It turns itself back on every time I turn the slider to off. I have emailed them and am waiting for a response. Any ideas on how to remove the VPN would be great

Installed on iPhone 5s and Dell desktop.

Since installation, my phone has lost the wifi signal about every two or three hours. My husband's phone (an iPhone 5s bought at the same time, from the same place as mine) connects fine. Our wii connects fine. The roku connects fine. The HP Envy wireless printer connects fine. Only my phone has the issue, and only my phone has the program installed. Issue did not start until installing program.

Secondly, the desktop computer also has program installed. Computer suddenly very slow and lagging. Programs are crashing all over the place. God the Blue Screen of Death for the first time ever on this computer and the first time in at least 5 years using a Windows machine. No issues with the desktop until the program was installed.

So far I've earned $5 with them, but I'm thinking about uninstalling everything and letting them just keep that $5. It's not worth it if my devices won't work.

Installed their app. Was told device already registered to another user (which it is not). I emailed them asking about this. Never received an answer other than automated email stating how much they valued me -- LOL. I have received at least 5 emails telling me I was running out of time to finish my registration process, i.e., loading app. Have responded to all five emails plus sent an additional two emails. Nothing!!!!! Finally, just called their number & there is no capability to leave message, just a recording saying to email them. What a crock!!!!
