The below review from 2012 is now being updated - they are WORSE than ever - I have had £12 odd for almost TWO years and every time I go to the site there are loads of what appear to be good surveys - NOT SO - you fill in LONG details and then are told that yo don't qualify.
WORSE THAN A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME, ACTUALLY - JUST KEEP WELL AWAY.

Have belonged to this site for about 4 years and up to about 6/8 months ago it was excellent with frequent surveys for which I almost always qualified. However, NOW, they still send about 4 surveys daily BUT, one always comes from Global Test Market where it almost always says that there are no surveys available and over the past 2 months most of the others of the four daily ones are either unavailable OR there are 'technical difficulties'.
I actually believe that this site has over-reached itself in that it cannot live up to providing the requisite number of surveys per day but just keeps sending out invitations to keep itself looking good. To my mind this tactic backfires somewhat where it puts off regular, kosher participants like me!
I do have to say that they do pay out immediately through PayPal and they do USUALLY reply if you contact customer service - not always helpfully, but at least they DO reply.
Try it - it may return to how it used to be, hopefully!

Hello,
6 years ago when I first joined surveys websites,this website used to be good,always paying on time,very transparent,well,NOT ANYMORE.It has been more than a year since I find it very difficult to keep track of MY OWN work on their website,I do not know which surveys are paid, when.When I provide evidence of my work(screen prints),they often find pretexts to complain,the screen print is too big,too small and so on and so forth.It is virtually IMPOSSIBLE to check which survey I'm getting paid for,because when you complete a survey you are given one number for that survey,but on the website you will find,that the same surveys you filled it have different numbers and that makes everything IMPOSSIBLE to check.Today was the last drop when I was told,that surveys I know I wasn't paid for,they claimed that I was..The saddest thing is that this website USED to be one of the best.
And just when you thought they couldn't get any worse,they had,by reducing even more the amount they pay per survey,from a fixed amount to an "up to" amount,making it absolutely impossible for panelists like me to keep track of their earnings,the way things are now,they can literally pay as much as they want,when they want and there is absolutely nothing I can do about it...

I used to do surveys for this company with no problems then lately I was getting loads of emails from them 100 in one day ,I wrote to them asking them to stop sending so many as half of them were the same link to same survey! No answer and got double yesterday 200 emails! I contacted them again and got reply this time saying I could always unsubscribe ! Very nasty reply followed when I said I would be reporting them saying if I did they would close my account. I have now closed this account.Horrible company!

My experience started off promising with Survey Network but then I started being constantly screened out 100 % of the surveys. I then emailed them asking if there was a problem, after a few days I got some vague response seemingly automated, saying i needed to use a laptop to complete the surveys. I tried to do this but still i was being screened out most of the dozens of surveys i all of a sudden began receiving soon after my query.Finally today I got my FIRST payout after being a member since 2011!! complete waste of time! in all my time as a member I never once came across a survey paying £5 which they clearly advertise on their website. The most I got for a survey was £1.50 and after a couple of years of being a member that became a rarity as most surveys are now 75p or 60p. I`m taking my £20 and running for the hills.

I cashed out once with SurveyNetwork, and it took me forever to do. Pay on surveys is terrible, you get screened out halfway through or sometimes before you even reach the survey page, and the site itself is very dodgy. Used to get tons of surveys to my inbox every day; 99% were a waste of time. Now I get maybe one email a week - maybe they've caught on that I don't use them anymore. Avoid!
