SurveySavvy doesn't have any confusing points systems to figure out. Is SurveySavvy Legit?

Believe it or not, SurveySavvy has been offering paid surveys for over 20 years and as such, is completely legit and is certainly not a scam. Although members of the site may have varying degrees of success with the program, SurveySavvy is a legitimate online surveys website that is very safe to use. Bear in mind that although they offer the opportunity for anyone in the world to join their site, people in predominantly English-speaking countries (USA, Canada, UK, etc.) will receive more frequent invitations to complete surveys.

Luth Research, the company that operates the SurveySavvy panel, is a member of the BBB (the Better Business Bureau). They have maintained a solid rating on the platform for many years, providing more confidence that SurveySavvy is legitimate.

I am a member of several survey panels/communities, and have been a member of many for a number of years. That being said, in comparing SurveySavvy...

1. Their survey offering is EXTREMELY slow, and minimal. It isn't that you CAN go... but you WILL go... OFTEN... days at a time with not one single survey invite.

2. Getting credited for surveys you do complete takes a very long time. This, I do not understand. This most certainly isn't the practice for other panels where I participate.

3. Worst of all, getting incentives paid is a ridiculous, complete joke. I don't have so much a problem that they only offer mailing a check. But it takes an unreal amount of time to get payment. I, currently, have already been waiting for more than six weeks, and they have verified that it still hasn't even been mailed! Worse yet, they can only tell me that it is in processing and "should" be mailed in 7-10 days.

??!!??

Save yourself the unnecessary trouble. Don't bother messing with this panel.

That said, it is extremely easy to tell which of the reviews left on this site are literal fluff reviews... more so, outright lies (just my personal opinion).

I think it should be required that these places have a current and historic survey history available for the users/survey takers to look at and verify survey points. I am not able to find anywhere on their site that give me this information. When I have to wait 2-6 wks to know if I got my points or not, and there is not history to look at, it seems quiet clear that they don't want you to remember to look at your point balance. I did reach out today so we will see if they will help me locate it.

This company had very few surveys coming in for me like drips of water from a tap in the desert. You had to wait for the survey time to close to then request your $. But, if you only had $0.50, you had to wait for another survey to finish before requesting. Then you had to wait 4-8 weeks for your $1-$4 cheque to arrive in the mail. My last one, took 16 weeks of waiting and the post mark was from less then 2 weeks before it arrived. Now they have some NEW stupid system where you get and email saying a $20 survey, and what you get is a bunch of tiny surveys within it (totaling $20) & ontop of that I never seem to qualify. If these people can't get out of the old system of actually mailing you a physical cheque as opposed to paying with paypal, then don't bother signing up!

I have had a lot of experience with this company. Here's how their little game works: they offer you a survey with a "Few Screening Questions".
You fill out UP TO 50 questions with ALL OF your personal information - very detailed - thinking you ARE taking a survey.
Then you see a page saying that "Based on your responses you do not qualify for this survey."
You will not get the reward you were 'offered' ... why should they pay you the money offered for your time ( you just filled out 20 minutes of "screening questions"!!!) when they already have ALL of your survey responses?
So, I'm not going back ever again. You: never sign up ... and you will not be disappointed by them. You will spend a LOT of Time - and you will answer all of the questions - but you will never qualify for the survey or be rewarded.

I had their extension installed since November 2019 and earned a total of $0. I was told I was not answering required surveys, but I had met all my requirements for January. I would get payment in the first 3 weeks of February. However, that never came. The extension itself made my internet awful for these months and I can only imagine all the useful data they gathered from me all while refusing to pay.
