This site is great, it really pays after we complete the survey. But, after I joined for about a month, I just got 5 successful surveys, and on the 5th survey my payment was delayed from March 29th until now. After that, there was never another survey. If there is a new survey notification, after I click it, it turns out that there is no survey at all on the site dashboard, even the notification does not come in my email. Whereas in previous surveys there was also notification via email. I've sent an email regarding this issue, but no response at all. Very disappointing that the site is really this good, the service to consumers is pretty bad.

The website is not bad, they offer a good payment. But you don't have the option to complain. There are surveys that deceive you, make you answer all questions. More than twenty minutes answering the survey, in the end to disqualify you. And you can't complain. That's why I give one star. The site pays. But there is no way to contact them when their partners deceive the consumer. And time is money. Money I lose, because I was cheated.

When i completed survey they told me to add a PayPal address and I added a PayPal address, and they wrote an email that said I got payment in just couple of seconds, but today is 4th day and I didn't get single penny.

I have been doing surveys on this website since July. No problems until last Monday, cuzz I received a message in my email that I could not be a web ambassador (invite friends to join surveytime). But from that day on, THEY NEITHER LET ME DO SURVEYS. It seems to me a little serious company and that it is not to be trusted, since it excludes good participants. And I am very unhappy with the customer service, they never answer when you write to their email. If it has happened to someone else and they are not allowed to carry out surveys, let me know and I will delete my surveytime account (because they never answer or solve users' problems or doubts).
