MyVoice = Talkinsights

MyVoice is now known as Talkinsights. Members of MyVoice can log into their new Talkinsights accounts using the same e-mail address they used on the MyVoice website, though passwords will have to be reset.

Talkinsights Background

Talkinsights is an online survey panel community where you can take surveys and be rewarded for your unique opinions and insights. You have the power to influence the future of major brands.

Quick & Easy Surveys

Most surveys with Talkinsights are extremely short, taking only 2-3 minutes to complete. 85% take less than 10 minutes! They will never go over 20 minutes.

Different Ways to Build Up Points

  • Express Surveys: Only take a few mins to complete and are rewarded with 20 to 50 points.
  • Research Questionnaires: Focus on a specific issue and take 5-20 mins to complete, but have a larger reward ranging from 50-100 points. Some very long surveys can reward up to 250 points!
  • Referring a Friend: Enter email addresses of friends, family or colleagues who you think would be interested in sharing their opinions for rewards. If they join, you will receive a bonus 25 points.

something a bit suss....

They emailed me too - as they were legally obliged to do - I got 300 points transferred over and have had 4 surveys since in 2 months. All the positive reviews appear to have been posted pre merger with myvoice. They arent on Facebook or anything, which to me makes me VERY suspicious. Older reviews saying payout is quite low is strange too, as its currently 2000 points, with the 4 surveys ranging from 5 point to 35 points. At this rate Ive a feeling they will be closing my account for "inactivity" long before I get another survey, never mind to the 2000 payout.

It is worth my time anymore

So, the 'little panel' I used to like very much has now become rubbish since FlyResearch acquisition.

Their surveys or 'quickies' have become boring because of their perpetual statement "Your participation in this study has been recorded", and you don't know what you get, despite what the invitation email stated.
So, I should have had almost 200 points but had only 25(???) and c-s as well has become rubbish, over a week still waiting explanation for the missing points.

The old site used to update your points while logging you in automatically at the end of a survey or 'quickie', it was very simple very effective, BUT NOT NOW!!!

To add insult to injury, they added a captcha picture 'game' instead of simply numbers or letters, which takes me ages as the photos are tiny and have to enlarge them... look at every single one to recognise if some lettuce or so is there, just a further waste of my time!
And then have to do it again over and over because some 'login problems' occurs!?!
Well, if they wanted to be funny and different they have achieved none.
I told them about login problems and captcha but what they did was to 'change my password' as a reply! What a sham!

The transfer from one site into the new one has been very swift and painless with plenty of warning BUT this is not enough! Apart what I've already said, the no. of surveys has not anyway improved (still very few).
I'm not too far from redemption and if I get there, I will dump them!!

Just had e-mail:-
"as we mentioned last week we’re changing the panel from MyVoice to Talkinsights. As part of that we have to give you formal notice because of the Data Protection Act. Sorry I know that can get a bit dry and boring - but it is your rights as a customer that we’re protecting. So it is important. As part of the change we are moving the database from MyVoice Limited to FlyResearch Limited.

So this is just to formally let you know that FlyResearch Limited has purchased the MyVoice Limited panel database (the "Database”) with effect from Thursday 23rd March 2016 and we note that you are currently listed as a participant on the Database for the purpose of receiving details of surveys to be completed from MyVoice Limited.

As I said last week - this is an exciting development from our point of view and we look forward to sending you details of the new website soon."

Well I hadn't heard last week, and I wonder what's going to happen to my accumulated points - I've got £18.00 worth but that's not enough to cash out

UPDATE!

Like John, tried logging in (to Talkinsights) - password not recognised. Clicked on reset link, it said "Success" & new password sent but nothing received. Tried again next day, still nothing

Went on contact us link, no response - and that was over a week ago. So like John said AVOID

I was a member of my voice before it became talkinsights upon losing access to losing access to email i used to log in i contacted them 3 times before i got a reply ..were they helpful ..NO!!! i was treated very badly and decided to investigate me still dont have access to my account after several emails ..was only a few points away from receiving a voucher strange they couldnt just update my email for me

This site has severely gone downhill since its move from myvoice. You hardly get sent any surveys nowadays & you don't get your reward when you finally reach the points total. 6 months I have waited for my reward & all they say is 'someone stole your post, contact the police' fraudsters - such a shame as I was a member of myvoice for many years
