I can't believe it

April 19, 2017 by Michael from United States

They just made some changes that makes this survey site worthless. If I could give them a negative rating I would. Giving them a .5 is being too generous.

Being able to complete Univox surveys is virtually impossible. But the saving race was getting 5 points for each survey disqualification. Now that has been virtually eliminated per an email I received from them yesterday. Now to get the 5 points you have to answer a few survey questions first before being disqualified but I almost never even get to that point. I get asked the same questions before every survey and then immediately am screened out. What is your gender? What is your race? Then questions about your schooling and household income. I give the same answers every time which are the correct ones yet almost never can complete a survey. If I can complete one survey a month with them it is good. Plus there were a couple of times I thought I completed a survey and then got a message they couldn't accept my answers because I was speeding even though I don't think I was. Then another time I completed a survey and it said thank you at the end and then it said I was disqualified.

You can't win with this panel. They have made an absolutely awful decision that appears to have made their panel completely worthless. They talked about offering bonus points at the end of the month to active members but my guess is the majority of the people will get few or no points.

This is as bad as it gets. The only things I can suggest is terminate your membership with the panel but I don't want to do that because I am about 650 points away from a 25.00 cash out. On average I was cashing out for 25.00 about once every couple of months. Maybe a better idea would be for all members to not attempt to do any surveys to send Univox a message that what they are doing is not acceptable. Possibly this may make them revisit their decision

Univox did revisit their decision and have reinstated the 5 points for being disqualified from a survey which is great news and I have adjusted my rating accordingly. But unfortunately I can't give them a higher grade than I did because it is very difficult to complete surveys. On average maybe I complete one per month. Most of the points I earn come from disqualifications.

Persistence pays off

September 3, 2016 by Eva from United States

Update: I think it's only fair to report that I have, in fact, been paid in full by Univox. It took 90 days of persistent inquiries and reminders but they did pay me what they owed me. The tedious hours of diligent effort on the part of survey panelists does need to be respected and for that I am grateful.

Previously:

I as well have never received compensation for the surveys I submitted. I provided valuable feedback and honest opinions and they deprived apparently many other survey panelists our rightful compensation. How is it that Sample Cube can continue to line the pockets of Univox while we are given the shaft? Sample Cube needs to be made aware of this deprivation of payment for services rendered. I am a seasoned survey panelist and I am not having this problem with any other site.

Good Survey site

July 15, 2015 by meadow from India

Univox is a good survey site, especially for Indian members. I don't qualify for the surveys as much as I would like, I get screened out a lot, but the ones I complete pay well. The reward options could be better , For India the only choice is Virtual Visa card but we can convert it on Entropay and use it on Amazon.com and Amazon.in sites for shopping. 2500 points gives you a 24 dollar visa card. I wish they had Paypal option for rewards but other than that, its great! I also like the forum where you can earn points through weekly and daily contests. The site is fair, honest and transparent, which is a major plus point.

Survey overload

As said in the title there are many surveys which is a dream coming true but the screen outs are also more, sometimes you complete the entire survey, still you are screened out which is disheartening.

I like surveys at Univox community. They're good because they ask interesting questions. I am a teenager and I like to game lot and their questions relate to teenagers.
