By joining Univox Community, your account will automatically be credited with 500 points (worth $5) as a welcome to the community.

Choose from 3 great reward options
Every time you complete a survey, you will earn reward points. Every 100 points equates to $1.00. With 2500 points in your account, you will be eligible to request a $25.00 cash payment or e-gift card. Univox currently offers its members three ways to request their earnings:

  • Amazon e-gift card - opt to receive a $25 Amazon.com e-gift card
  • Virtual Visa Card - request a virtual visa rewards card which is accepted at any online merchant who accepts Visa payments.
  • PayPal - receive a $25 cash Paypal payment directly to your account

Refer friends and family and earn additional points
Each time you refer someone to Univox Community, you will earn 100 points ($1.00) per signup once they've made 10 survey attempts or have fully completed their first survey. You may refer up to 5 friends.

Great loyalty program for regular participation
Univox has four different levels of users, each with their own point minimums for point redemptions:

  • Ambassador users - Redemption button is activated once 1000 points ($10) is accumulated, and redemptions start at a minimum of 1,000 points ($10) with a maximum of 10,000 points ($100).
  • Premium users - Redemption button is activated once 1500 points ($15) is accumulated, and redemptions start at a minimum of 1,000 points ($10) with a maximum of 10,000 points ($100).
  • Verified users - Redemption button is activated once 2000 points ($20) is accumulated, and redemptions start at a minimum of 1,000 points ($10) with a maximum of 10,000 points ($100).
  • Basic users - Redemption button is activated once 2500 points ($25) is accumulated, and redemptions start at a minimum of 1,000 points ($10) with a maximum of 10,000 points ($100).

Get rewarded, even when you're disqualified
If you attempt to complete a survey but are unable to (you get disqualified), your account will still be credited with 5 points. Community members are invited to participate in surveys based on their basic profile information.

A large community, and growing!

"They denied my payment and deleted my account"

After taking surveys for years I must say this is the worst panel I have ever joined in my life, not only that they refuse to pay me for the surveys I completed they also deleted my account. I spent the day taking surveys on their site and reached $25 I requested redemption and I go check my email and I see the following message "There is some information missing from your profile. Please update your profile by clicking on the below link to access your redemption." I contacted their support team to see what all this is about and they told me that "My account has been cancelled and I will not be paid" I got so angry I wish there was a way to report this company to their survey clients that they refuse to pay their panelists, looks like this is a trend for this company not to pay people after seeing all the complaints here the people writing good reviews must work for the company or are being paid to write a good review. A company that does not pay for a person's work should be punished. Looks like the parent company is called "Sample Cube" I will make sure to let everyone know what they are doing with payments.


"Rejected Payments - Waiting for Months"

This panel does not pay, after reaching the minimum cash out you will get an email saying that cash-out has been rejected without any explanation. I have around $50 worth of redemption's that I have been waiting since last year that have still not been paid. Contacting support@univoxcommunity.com is worthless all you will get is an excuse like "We are working on it" so they are telling me that they have been working on a redemption for over four months? Guys stay away from this site they use some very questionable system that rejects payments and holds your payments as long as they feel like it, till this day I have not received my payments for my time and support is ignoring all emails I am sending regarding the rejected payment issue, this is so wrong I spent so much time taking the surveys and successfully completing them but later find out I will never be paid, I feel so bad for all people that have to go thru this including myself I hope this review is a good warning for everybody reading as it appears this has been happening to many people recently, panelists take the surveys, company pockets the earnings and provides excuses not to pay out very bad business practices.


"Deleted Account"

I have been a member of Univox for 2 years but for some reason unknown to me, Univox have deleted my account. At first I thought I had forgotten my password but when I request a reset I am just ignored. I see that I am not the only member deleted without explanation. All that time I put into this site for them to delete my account without so much as notice or paying for points I had in my account. I am a member of about 20 survey sites and there are some great ones out there but Univox is not one of them. AVOID.


"BAD BAD PANEL"

they can't even send me an email for "email verification" even though they have claimed, 5 times, that they have, my account was locked for no reason, they can't even tell me why, then they wanted social media links to reinstate it, which I have, nor ever have had any social media accounts, and that took 4 emails to resolve, then they say the account is reactivated, yet each time I try to sign on it wants the email verification, which I have requested to be sent to me, no lie, 20+ times, with no result, yet they keep claiming they have sent it, so I told them to send it from there email at support that I receive and they did nothing. They obviously don't care about their panelists, I am fed up to this and am now going to the BBB, the FTC and the FCC about these people, don't join this panel


"Not worth the effort regardless of how it is ranked"

I average clicking on 25 surveys a day and lucky if I qualify for 1. I did get lucky last week I qualified for 2. They are also in cahoots with a thing called survey cube which is even worse than univox. I notice all the titles they have handed out such as ambassador and a few others. I have over 70000 points and the only title I have is a verified email address. The site is a joke. I only do this on a daily basis because I average 130 points a day for getting disqualified. They have a shout box where you can complain but they banned me because I complained about their lack of service with members and constant disqualification. Those few that are happy with the site are probably underpaid employees.
I'm now averaging 200 points a day which takes about 32 minutes because you get disqualified on 89% .
Many surveys will some with the excuse "survey not ready to take answers". Then why the hell do they even issue them?
