Xcel-Online Surveys is a part of Market Xcel Data Matrix PVT LTD. Market Xcel is an organization that provides customized solutions for Market Research. It was established in the year of 2000, and since then it has been serving clients from various industries.

Take surveys on a variety of different topics, and when your account reaches enough points, you can receive payment vouchers such as PayTM & Amazon. The amount of points you receive for every survey completion will vary, but will range from 1-75 points with an average of about 30 points for every complete survey. A reward point is equivalent to INR 1.

Sign up to Receive Surveys

Once you sign up, surveys will be available on your dashboard and also emailed to you. A unique email and unique phone number is what you require to become a panellist and only one account per person in a family is permitted.

Take Surveys, Get Points

The reward points for each survey will vary depending on the topic and the content of the survey. These can vary from 1-75 points and can be even more in some special cases. Currently, 1 reward point is equivalent to INR 1. Points will be clearly outlined before you start the survey. After completion, points will be credited to your account either immediately or within 4-6 weeks after the survey closes (this depends upon our clients approval on responses).

Redemption

You may request a reward once you have reached a minimum of 200 points (on some occasions we change the limits anywhere between 100-500 points). Redemption options include Amazon Gift vouchers, PayTM and more.

Referral Program

You can invite friends to Xcel-Online Surveys and get compensated for doing so. Simply log into your account and navigate to the 'Invite Friends' section and follow the steps. Receive 1 reward points for every friend you refer.

Eligibility: Residents of India 13+. Members under 18 will have their points and prize money assigned to their parent/guardian.

Note: Xcel-Online Surveys has a zero tolerance policy against speedsters, suspicious domains and any such fraudulent activity which is solely intended to extract money. Any panellist found to be indulging in these activities or related activities shall be immediately barred from the panel and is his/her account will be set to zero. The basis and premise of the panel is to do quality research which helps and assists brands in shaping products and services that are relevant to society and sustains the environment.

Very bad survey site

I think this is a worst site
Please stop making fools to us

I have earn 100 points and requested for paytm money transfer on 12/10/2017 but i still didn't get my money and i have complained it for 4 times for payment but they didn't response at all

This is the status of my points history

12/10/2017 PayTM 100 Indian Rupees 100 Shipping/Exchange process is completed
Your request has been received and it will take 4-6 weeks to send the vouchers from the end of the month in which you have submitted your request

But i still didn't get any response from them this is a totally waste of time plzz remove this site

I did not get rewards from this site for a long time for which i have generated tickets too. But didn't get any reply from last month not even replied on mails. Please help me to get rewards.

Exchange Points Delayed

I have been a regular survey take for this website, i have redeemed my points on 05/11/2016 - but still have to receive the reward voucher in exchange of points. The company does not reply to the emails and online help queries. Not sure if they are really reading the emails or willing to be true and genuine. In past also they have redeemed very late. Fail to understand the functioning of the Website.Would appreciate if the Management gives a sincere thought to the inconvenience being caused to the panelists and members.

Support team is worst

There is no response for any complaints which I made till date... My money voucher is still pending so many money around 400rs to 500rs...worst support team
