Persistence paid off

September 3, 2018 by Lorraine from United States

I saved up enough points to get $100 Amazon gift card they sent me a gift card that was useless I contacted Amazon and they told me the card was bogus

Update After five unanswered responses though their help desk. I decided to sent one last email with the heading ,,, inquiry problem with survey . I sent pictures of the card I was sent and also inform them that I had notified Amazon of the problem . Well that seemed to do the trick I received a response within 24 hours with a Amazon claim code for the full amount.

Reduced points for taking surveys

April 22, 2018 by Ken from United States

I've noticed the more surveys I take, the points I receive for taking surveys reduced as I approached the 25,000 point redemption level. When I started, the award for taking a survey was 1000 points. As I got closer to the redemption level, the award for taking a survey was reduced to 250 points. Very aggravating.

Nice surveys and fair...

December 7, 2017 by Glenn from United States

Update 12/6. while it does take long to cash out they are fair and some attractive lower threshold awards have been added. There are no DQ's, and some surveys are very interesting. Lately, though invites are not as frequent. However, That's acceptable since they do not waste your time

.... it takes way too long to earn anything worthwhile!! I don't know how they exist!!!

Wait Too Long For Pay

September 6, 2017 by Kayeren from United States

It did take me 1 year & 5 months to get the 35,000 to cash out (for $15) & they tell you it will take 4 weeks after that, but they came through as promised, which is my main issue with these companies: Pay me when you say you will! They did. It's a fun site--if you like to give UR opinion on current events. I rated it only 3 1/2 stars because of how long it takes to earn the points. But every survey they've sent, I've completed every one...there is no rejects. That, in and of itself, is something!

UPDATE: Very unhappy with how long you have to wait to get paid. Once you make the cash-out points, you wait 6 weeks & then, they insist of MAILING the Ecard--instead of emailing digital cards--and that takes another 6 to 8 weeks. Unacceptable!

UPDATE:
I upgraded 1/2 star because they at least lowered the C/O minimum from 35,000 points to 25,000 points. But they still insist on mailing the physical Ecard. We'll see if it takes 2 months (again) to get it in the mail. They certainly give a new meaning to ''Snail Mail''!

Qualification for Surveys is good and crediting is good

August 17, 2017 by Dot from United States

I really like this panel. It is interesting. I always qualify for a survey. They credit as soon as you finish. The only drawback to the panel is each survey is 500 points. You need 30,000 to cash out for a $25 gift card. This means you have to take at least 60 surveys. Considering the importance of the surveys especially regarding politics they really should pay more points. If you don't mind taking a lot of surveys it is a good honest panel. They credit and qualify each survey. They usually are interesting and not repetitive
