Twice now they have lured me into 20-minute surveys offering big point returns. Around 20 minutes in they say that they are done but need to ask a few more demographic questions. The first is to verify my age again - as soon as I hit enter I was taken to a low-point survey and offered the chance to participate. I got the low rewards, but I was never rewarded for the high-point survey I wasted time completing. When I contacted them for an explanation I was sent a standard reply: you didn't pass the screening questions for the longer survey. Excuse me? The screeners are at the beginning, if I didn't qualify then why did they have me waste 20 minutes responding IN FULL? They owe me for the time and responses they got from me. I have not participated again since this happened the second time.
I stayed with this survey panel long enough to generate the necessary minimum rewards for one payment, and then stopped participating. It takes forever to go through the many surveys necessary to generate any reward. The reason being is their embarrassingly-low rewards structure. A person can far better spend their time and effort elsewhere, rather than give your time and effort for the benefit of those who own this survey panel.
I generally like most of what this service offers, but... their customer service is awful (takes forever [months, if not half a year]) and there's a good chance you will never get your reward. (which means they get everything, you get nothing for your time) Early last fall, I redeemed an Amazon gift card. I sent them an email sometime in the winter asking them where my reward was. Fast forward to about Jan 2017 where I directly sent them an email through their contact us section. asking where my reward was, again. In mid March... I finally got a message, which I was asked to send them my address. I sent it to them that day. Last Mon (May now), I sent them another email saying I still haven't gotten a response on my last email. The very NEXT day:
"In regards to your reward, our records indicate that it was delivered and not returned. Please note, it isn't customary for us to resend a reward once we have confirmation that it was delivered.
My address was correct in the first place and it was never delivered to my home. If they would've responded right away with 'it may have been lost in the mail, stolen, delivered to the wrong place' or some other thing, I might have accepted that fact, but... they took forever to respond in the first place which makes them look sketchy as heck. Or just a very bad customer service division. Suffice to say, I don't recommend them at all, unless you just want to do surveys with no actual reward and don't want to mess with their customer service.
I have £35 worth of points on there but since Aug 2015 had no new survey invites. What's going on? and where"s their email address
the survey company is getting bad. The posted phone 1-650-319-0702 never had been answered, messages had not been returned. Another phone, 1-650-462-8000, prompts for the extension, but not possible to access Kelly Connor message box. E-mails to support desk were answered before by Greg, in kind of rude way, non willing to solve the problems. Site advertises 2000 or 1000 point, but at the end gives 500, happens 3 times. Even, after screen shot were provided, no correction.Greg replied, as he did me a favor by giving me 500 points once. Asked for his supervisor e-mail or phone, but he refused to provide. In March company advertised 4000 bonus points for the referrals, but had delay for first referral and no points for the second one yet. Promise was in first week of April. Good company is going down because still excessive points for reimbursement and terrible customer service.
