The length of each online survey varies, but most are between 5-7 minutes long. Surveys are rarely longer than 20 minutes, as this is considered a maximum.

Most surveys will award between 25-150 points; the longer the survey, generally, the more points that are awarded.

On October 31, 2016 I signed up to their survey site. Since then I have participated in various parts of the site, but have not been given any surveys to complete, I have e-mailed twice, called their help number and left a message, with all pertinent information, four times and have received no response. What's up?
Their surveys usually pay 50 cents each, so it took me around 200 surveys, but I finally managed to earn enough points for a $100 prepaid Visa card. I was told in early June that my reward would arrive in 4-6 weeks, but over 4 1/2 months later I have not received it. Worse still, they ignore all attempts to contact them. I've sent multiple emails to multiple addresses and even filed a claim with the better business bureau, but still zero response from them over the past six weeks. I'm out $100 and I've wasted hours on their surveys for nothing. Untrustworthy, deceitful, unscrupulous company with no integrity, that doesn't even have the decency to respond to members.
UPDATE: The better business bureau gave yougov until October 24th to respond to the complaint I filed against them. On October 25th, 59 days after I first contacted them, yougov finally responded to my emails. There was no apology for the delay and no explanation for why they had not replied to my emails sooner. They claimed my reward had been returned, but if that was the case, why didn't they ask me to confirm my mailing address in case there had been a mistake??
In early November, 5 months after I ordered it, the reward that was supposed to arrive in just 4-6 weeks finally showed up. I urge everyone who has been ripped off by yougov to file a complaint with the better business bureau since this is apparently the only way to get them to pay up what they owe, or respond to their emails.
Never qualify and they send you stuff constantly yet you never qualify.
I have £35 worth of points on there but since Aug 2015 had no new survey invites. What's going on?
After being a member of YouGov for many years, and receiving many gift cards for doing their surveys, I requested a .25 dollar gift card, that didn't arrive for over the usual limited time....I sent YouGov a message asking them about this, and received a notice from them that I had violated their TOS and my membership had been suspended.
In no way, shape, or form did I, or would I ever try to cheat or scam any company in my life...I have sent numerous e-mails to them, and they are ignored.
If I were trying to scam them, why was I receiving surveys from them for the last year?
I am very angry, and disappointed in this YouGov company, and at least I know I can sleep good at night knowing I am not a cheat or scammer, and they need to find someone who is running their security who knows what they are doing! !
