This is probably the bottom of the barrel when it comes to taking surveys. Zoompanel used to be pretty good. I was able to receive DVD's and magazine subscriptions years ago but today it is completely useless.

Took about 7 years to reach the payment threshold. There are 'no rewards currently available'. I e-mailed to query this, and said I wanted my money. They very quickly responded, saying they could pay it into my paypal account, and what my paypal account details were. I replied, and again very quickly, was told it would be in my account within 24-48 hours. At this point, a bit annoyed, why would it take so long?! Anyway, it's been about 5 days now, and I'm still waiting, and have e-mailed them a further 3 times.. and considering the speed with which they answered previously.. I still have had no reply. AVOID!!
*update* Have now been waiting 15 days, and all e-mails are being ignored.
*Update #2* Decided to contact CriticalMix who I discovered actually runs ZoomPanel, who were very helpful, and I received the money into my Paypal account promptly. They very kindly put 3000 points into my account as a gesture of goodwill, which I immediately purchased a £25 prepaid MasterCard with, before the option to redeem was taken away again (I have just checked and there are currently 'NO REWARDS AVAILABLE'). I now have a 'promo code'.. but no idea what I'm supposed to do with it, I don't know if they're sending me a gift card, or how it works.. and guess what.. e-mails going unanswered again!! Got to laugh.. most unprofessional survey company I have ever had dealt with!*

This survey company has slipped to the bottom of the list. After being "unqualified" for dozens of surveys, I asked to redeem my accumulated reward points. The points, 2500 were deducted on Dec 1st. My $25 Amazon gift card was to arrive before Dec 30th, according to my account with Zoom.
I am still waiting! I will no longer answer surveys from this company. There are too many more trustworthy companies out there.

I cashed out my rewards on 12/1/14 for 4 Amazon gift cards and to date 1/17/15 still haven't received them and get no response from their email. I've emailed them 4 times and still nothing. Horrible customer service. STAY AWAY!!!

10 months ago when I joined it was worth it, I made $30. But since September, I did not qualify for a single survey. Now it is no good, I'll dump it
