I've been with them for over 5 years. Now I've been banned from taking their surveys; they have a problem with my answers. I've always been honest. I tried to get in touch with them to find out where my answers have been dishonest. But every avenue to try to reach them is the wrong one. And today they sent me an email asking if I would recommend them. What?! I guess I've been with them too long & they need fresh blood. After I get enough points to cash out, I'll be moving on.

These surveys do not pay much and you may be banned for "not giving the right answers." When you do surveys, you answer questions and there is no tight or wrong reply. Mypoints will not always give credit. Good luck if you dare deal with these thieves. My advice is to try another survey company!!!!!!!!! Too many times I was not able to redeem points and I had to contact someone to get what I earned. STAY AWAY cuz they make a lot from your answering questions on their surveys.

NOT everyone has a mobile phone to receive a verification code. In reference to taking surveys. Often, you complete a survey,so they get your information, but then say you didn't qualify or met quota and only give you 5 pts. The bot for help is USELESS. All it does is give articles related to key words in your question that are useless to the question asked. When you do get a chat, you are not able to complete, due to getting knocked off. This is the 1st time they are asking for a verification code; otherwise, you would just click what you want to redeem for your reward and in an instant it would be in your email, which is one of the reasons I continue with them. Now, the page comes up saying to verify "with ONE of the following methods," and the ONLY method is a text message to a mobile phone. NOT EVERY ONE HAS A MOBILE PHONE. Written support submission has NEVER got a response, and now needed more than ever to receive my reward. I have been tolerant because if you attempt, they give you a minimal 5 pts for 5 surveys, which is almost better than nothing., and always received your reward redemption within seconds. BUT, when support never responds, and now wanting my duly earned reward, I am more than disgusted! I'm being kind with 2-stars!
