They pay

August 13, 2016 by Lazar from United States

I see that many people do not qualify for their jobs, I am very active on the website, and I do qualify for 60% of the jobs I'd say, but I like it, since some of them really pay well. I remember recently doing 6 different surveys about bartenders and they paid $6 each, which was really good. I think it's just the point of being really fast in responding to these surveys.

I am very happy with this panel for now.

turns out it's *not* at all dishonest, just a bit buggy

May 11, 2016 by Adam from United States

So... I was supposed to get a cashout a couple weeks ago (they pay out automatically the month after you hit 10 dollars, on a schedule, instead of you requesting it). Never got any. Sent them an email. Couple days later, got a response that I'd been flagged as fraudulent and they were keeping my money, yet I kept getting surveys. Sent them a couple more emails, never got any more responses for a week. Gave it up as a lost cause and wrote a 0-star rating to warn people...

Then just now, I *did* get an email - directly from their lead IT person. Apparently what happened was they needed to verify something from me before paying the first time, but the email asking for that information (for reasons having nothing to do with me) never made it to me, and neither did any of their followup responses to my various emails asking what the heck was going on, because I guess their email system is just borken right now. Plus side, at least someone who looks pretty high up in their IT noticed that this was happening (apparently I'm not the only person who'd been sending increasingly annoyed emails to their tech support in the past couple weeks), emailed me directly, got the original issue resolved, and I just received a successful payout.

So, now I am *not* dropping them. Pay on this one isn't absurdly good, but it's not absurdly bad either, and cashout's at only $10, so no reason to drop it now that I've gotten confirmation that yes, they do in fact intend to pay, and didn't actually mean to mark my account as invalid. (And, unlike some other sites *cough*mysurvey*cough*, when they mess up, they will try to actually fix it. Just stunk that in this particular case, part of the messup was in being able to actually contact me.)

That said, this is also not the first time I've noticed that the site is a little buggy, nor the first time I've noticed that their support, while well-meaning, is fairly slow to respond / either ignores me or tried to communicate but couldn't (I don't know which, obviously). Hence not a higher rating. But I'm keeping it for now, anyway.

They really pay, but good luck cashing out a second time

I was worried all my hard work filling out their surveys would be a waste of time but it wasn't. They paid at the end of the following month just like they claimed! The reason for 4 stars is because the wait is forever for your payment. I prefer to redeem instead of having to wait 1-1 and a half months. This survey panel works just like Onepoll, but their payout is a larger amount so this panel has the advantage. Ever since I cashed out I haven't been getting many surveys and when I do, they're ones I don't qualify for.

Get your rewards .

So I see many people have made claims they did not get their payout and I must say that though I just joined OpinionPlus and have yet to receive a survey I have in the past through other sites received the same response "account suspended" . I do not care why though it is mostly them not wanting to payout so if I am due a payout and am declined and it has happened a few times I go the company that has oversight and in this case it is op4G in New Hampshire go to their home page contact information and send them a detailed email BUT mention in that email that you will find out through Facebook and Linkedin the principals of the company and swamp them with emails about your situation . I have done this , it may take some work but I have always got my due rewards and only once did I have to go to their principal manages because as they say "it rolls down hill" . You have spent time , energy and provided them with valuable data and you deserve your rewards , be diligent , relentless and get what you have earned . Good Luck . * Also note that it is primarily American based sites that due this , I have never had a problem with a UK or Canadian site .

Waiting and waiting

What is up with that site? I get invited to surveys left and right but, each time i do it's says 'We have met our targeted audience. How is this possible! When it was just posted in my email. And all the profile questions are up to date.
The last time i did a survey from them was 5 months ago.
