SayMore (formerly, Univox Community) is an online survey community operated by SAGO (formally, Schlesinger Group) - a global research company that conducts thousands of surveys every year.

Choose From 4 Great Reward Options

Every time you complete an online survey, SayMore will credit your account with reward points. With 2500 points in your account, you will be eligible to request a $25.00 cash payment or e-gift card. SayMore currently offers its members four ways to request their earnings:

• PayPal - receive a $25 cash Paypal payment directly to your account
• Amazon e-gift card - opt to receive a $25 Amazon.com e-gift card
• Virtual Mastercard - request a virtual Mastercard rewards card which is accepted at any online merchant who accepts Mastercard payments.
• Reward Links - receive a Reward Link e-gift card, which can then be turned into a gift card from dozens of your favorite stores.

Get Rewarded, Even When You're Disqualified!

If you attempt to complete a survey but are unable to (i.e. you get disqualified), your account will still be credited with up to 5 points if the disqualification is due to Client Security terminate, the client is over quota, or the client has terminated the survey. In order to reduce the number of times you may be disqualified from a survey, community members are invited to participate in surveys based on their basic profile information.

Great Loyalty Program for Regular Participation

SayMore has four different levels of users, each with their own point minimums for point redemptions:

• Ambassador users - Redemption button is activated once 1000 points ($10) is accumulated, and redemptions start at a minimum of 1,000 points ($10) with a maximum of 10,000 points ($100).
• Premium users - Redemption button is activated once 1500 points ($15) is accumulated, and redemptions start at a minimum of 1,000 points ($10) with a maximum of 10,000 points ($100).
• Verified users - Redemption button is activated once 2000 points ($20) is accumulated, and redemptions start at a minimum of 1,000 points ($10) with a maximum of 10,000 points ($100).
• Basic users - Redemption button is activated once 2500 points ($25) is accumulated, and redemptions start at a minimum of 1,000 points ($10) with a maximum of 10,000 points ($100).

Univox used to be a great survey site. Once you become an Ambassador after awhile they try and lock you out of your account and/or stop sending you surveys. FB is full of negative comments. They rarely respond to issues! I used to get more surveys than I could take and all of a sudden one day, poof they were all gone and never came back.

Recently got.burned for a 5.50$ survey. Contacted support, contacted them on Facebook messenger and the regular page and no response at all. I have had the page up on my pc proving I finished the survey. Its been about 8 days now and the page is still up but they page says They respond with 24 hours or it should say 24 months is the average response time. Survey junkie is my solution to survey shakers like this one. Stay away

Most surveys were several times longer than claimed and the rest I did not qualify after they asked questions about me that I had already given to Univox, so it was a waste of my time.
Also they are supposed to be a top payer, but the massive majority of surveys will pay out at best $2.00 an hour and that is based on published time which is always a big underestimate. You will be lucky if you earn $1.00 and hour.

Univox used to be enjoyable and now it's become a chore!!! They continually change the parameters of their surveys, NEVER respond to email or phone calls and eventually enough of their members will leave Univox and Univox will cease to exist. If I could give a lower rating, I would.

Lies!!!! 7/30/19: I've been a member for over 3 years....going along with the good and the bad of Univox membership. This is the latest: Survey #SC1605677 (polifly survey?) was supposed to be 60 min. LOI....yeah this was lengthy, but I thought, "Why not?" I spent 2 frickin' hours watching this interactive debate and answering their questions, demographic questions + numerous commercial breaks...AT THE END OF THE SURVEY, THE RESPONSE I RECEIVED WAS.....YOU DO NOT QUALIFY...NO DQ POINTS. Yes, @admin, I immediately sent a support request! They keep changing the rules, you will NEVER receive a quick response and when points aren't awarded...THEY ALWAYS PLACE THE BLAME ON YOU!

My name is Howard B., I am doing this survey to expose Univox. I have been doing surveys with Univox for over five years all seemed fine in the beginning but lately the company started delays in payment and more often no payments unless I write to them for months. I used to call them to demand my payments. Lately, they stopped replying and not answering phone calls.
This poll is to collect as many Univox members as possible who have been victimized and did not receive their dues and what is owed to them. I in return will send the result of this survey to Univox and to the proper authorities to stop this ACT .
I appreciate your help and I am sure there are lots of members like me who has been taken for a ride
