Snap Dollars is a site offering ways for you to make money at home using the internet.

They have free offers and trial offers. The trial offers provide reimbursement for spending money.

Hey guys, Snap dollars isn't a scam. Anyone who says it is obviously has half a brain.

I am a Snapdollars member and was skeptical at first, there are so many scams out there. I am pleased to say Snapdollars was not one of them.

Been a member for at least two years and no cash out yet.
by Rachel, Sep 05 '11

I think that about covers it. Since I'm not willing to do offers or other silly madness, it takes me a good long while to earn anything. I've been a member for at least two years and have yet to cash out.

I am here to help
by Sean, Mar 25 '10

Hi Guys - Sean from SnapDollars here.

Thanks for the kind words Elizabeth and Samuel.

We literally send out hundreds checks a month, and some do get lost. It seems like only the people that are missing a check take the time to post - and I don't blame them! :-)

If you ever have a problem with a payout, contact me sean AT snapdollars.com and I will sort it out.

I recently put up a site where people could share proof of payment - www.snapdollarsreviews.com

i read email after email and built up about $10. i responded to an offer and was told i would be compensated $4 for doing so in 2 weeks. 5 weeks later, no $4, so i emailed them. i got a reply back saying it sometimes takes a couple weeks. i told them how long it had been and was told to be patient. still nothing after 4 more weeks so i closed my account. after my initial complaint, i never received another offer until i cancelled.

Stay Away
by Karen, Feb 04 '10

I agree with a previous reviewer's statement about having to complete offers to receive payment. And, although surveys are supposed to count as offers (50 cents each), I have NEVER qualified for any survey. Quite often I get a "we are having technical difficulties" message. They are supposedly working on the problem at this time.

It seems to me that you could read emails until the cows come home and NEVER be paid for it unless you are also willing to put out some cash for some sort of service you probably don't need. Making a reader think he/she will be paid for reading ads seems to be very misleading and possibly more than that. That's what frustrates me most. STAY AWAY. There are much better sites than this one.

Very Sad
by Barbara, Jan 31 '10

I've been with the Snapdollars for some time. I have 34.66 in my account. They won't give it to me because I didn't spend $15.00. I feel I trusted them and they scammed me. I've wrote to them but nothing.

SNAP DOLLARS WARNING: SNAP DOLLARS WON'T PAY ME.
by marjorie, Jan 06 '10

I joined Snap Dollars 9/15/06; it took 'til Nov 2009 to have enough in my account to cash out and now they refuse to pay me. I cashed out Nov 17, and my new balance dropped to 0, as expected. Then last week of Dec the money showed up in my account again, and I saw that they're withholding my check claiming not to have my mailing address. I gave it to them, as required, when I cashed out. How could they have lost it? Meanwhile, they require I keep reading their emails 'til I receive my check: more $ for them. I tried again to cash out, though this would require an additional 2 mos wait, but they took away the cash-out button. The internet is full of complaints against them for fraud and failure to pay. They're HQ is Canada. Anyone there know who to contact to press charges? Snap Dollars won't respond to my emails asking for my money.

by Samuel, Aug 31 '09

SnapDollars works !!!

I'm with them since 6 months and I did more than $200.

If you do offers and you don't receive your credit in the same week, you just have to write a support ticket and you will be credited very quickly.

I don't understand why you had bad experience... it works !!!

PLEASE, Heed my Warning!
by Michelle, Jan 11 '09

This site's TOS says, "Payments may be denied if less than $15 is from the completion of offers." Not payments WILL be denied, but payments MAY be denied. I signed on to this site 3 years ago, under the advertising premise that I will be paid for reading emails, NOT that I will be paid for reading emails AND completing offers!

They have ALWAYS paid .03 to .10 for each email. Now they have changed the payouts to .01 per email! So, you NOW have to do $15 in offers, as well as read 25,000 emails to get a check. And, if you're lucky enough to receive a check from them, don't be surprised when they take $3 off the top for doing you the favor of paying you the money that YOU have earned!

And in their TOS: "Account Users should set their Web Browsers to allow all Cookies. ." Yep, this is so they can flood your inbox with third party ads, which they certainly do.

DO NOT join this site!

I have been with them and this is a scam. For three months, all you do is sign up with the third party to get the money but once you reach a an amount of money, they will not pay you at all. Don't be a sucker to this one.

by Brenda, Sep 04 '08

I have been a member for quite a while. I try to sign on and get a "violation" error message. I have emailed a guy named Sean and he told me that I would be able to sign on shortly - still not able to. I guess since I have earned around $30. they have decided they did not want to pay me. Hopefully they will correct without my losing

Stay Away from these Clowns
by Jennifer, Mar 06 '08

This site says you can make money just by reading emails. You get the email and then it says you can get $3 if you sign up for this product or service. So you really can't make money. You get paid 1 or 2 cents for reading. I did try to buy a product from one of the sites that they advertised but when I went to pay I could not. I went the regular way not through snap dollars and I was able to pay. That makes no sense to me. Stay away from these guys. They don't answer any questions sent to customer service and I don't believe that they are legit.
